The difference of how women treated me is day and night. Especially when I allowed my hair to grow out. I got a big forehead and oval sized head. My long curly hair brings more definition to my face and doesn’t show that much of my forehead. It works well for me.

Your muscles will continue to burn calories long after your work out. Get good sleep as your body repairs itself overnight. You don't need to become a body builder to get lean and strong. Steroids and creatine (water retention) are for those who do want to pursue body building, but I've never touched the stuff and regularly attract women with my generally good shape and confidence. My wife enjoys my figure. Treadmill and cardio should be limited to 30 min daily (excessive cardio will boost your cravings for high calorie foods that will offset your progress.) Working your muscles will trim the double chin back and reduce fat overall.
Gotta find what works for you. Went bald at 22 and tried to rock the beard and bald head for 5 yrs. I’m a 6’5 270 guy, I noticed women started really showing me love when I shaved the beard too. It’s more of a vin Deisel or the rock type of look, and it works, especially on the milfs

my hair is naturally curly, i had girls love touching my hair.
But my hair bald now at the top so now i just leave it and cut all off.
But definitely have some hair is plus if you can do it. My eyebrows have always been real fine. i never had women compliment them come to think of it,
i guess eye brows are thing in your area. but i always had alot more women approach me with hair. i still get approached but not as much as before. also i dont go out that much any more.

Eh I kinda agree with the first point, it really depends on the type of woman you want. When I want to attract Caribbean / Latin girls I do a bigger beard and low cut . When I want white girls I grow out my hair and do either a stubble or disconnected goatee. Cater your look to what your want to attract
but latin women also like white men with longer hair, you don´t have to look latin too

When I see or hear ppl goals to get muscular big I tell ppl all the time the Arnold look went out way in the early 90s. I was the same way tryna look like the juggernaut when I started 10 years ago. I been bald since I was 27 and I've gotten more women when I went bald then when I had hair. We can all agree everything ain't one size fits all in life. Women I date literally tell me they love me bald I even joke about getting my hair back and they all say I love you bald no so idk fam. It really depends on the dude.
