Hey David, I'm starting my first ever round of chemo this week. I also have metastatic LMS. I am learning a lot about the medications from your channel. I am starting doxorubicin every three weeks at Duke University.
Hello Lana! First, sorry you have the LMS Beast and that you are needing to start chemo. Know though you are in great company. I have my fingers crossed Doxorubicin is the chemo that will work for you. Everyone is different and reacts differently to each chemo. I wish you all the best!
@@davidcarlson1949 Thank you for your encouragement. I enjoy following your channel. Take care.
What phase of the trial are you a part of?
Janet Gagnon it’s a Phase 2 trial. Here is a link. The government site says it’s not recruiting yet but that is not accurate: clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04200443?cond=Leiomyosarcoma&cntry=US&state=US%3AIL&city=Chicago&draw=2&rank=8
