@@MarkThomasBuilder I just purchased the new 360 light but haven't got a chance to try it. I will be hunting in couple months and most likely be exercising/testing it out then
The old flood light seperated from the base making it ultra useful in tight situations. I did not see this new one could do it. You missed a 3rd release that was a 360° light. It was $120.
I would have liked the lights to have a white defuse style lens, the clear plastic is not as easy to see by. The big advantage to a power tool battery light is extended run time without heating up. Many of my flashlights have more lumens and very poor run time. Thanks for the video! 😎👍
Hey man please let me know when you’re at echo headquarters this week on Thursday September 19 if echo is coming out with a new echo backpack blower with mower powerful echo backpack that is coming out this year
@@jeremynguyen2346 Hey Jeremy, sorry to say I only had 2 hours to get my videos for new products. I tried to livestream at the end but ran of time. I will definitely plan to go live next week. I have enough announcements from this week for a livestream.
Mark Thomas !!! ‘Milwaukee in the News,’ web page ad, features You from your Review of the 18 Volt Brad nailer! Congrats! I told them they better feature my buddy Mark Thomas and give him some Press! 😯 😆 These lights look like TTI/ Ridgid put some thought into them. I don’t get an impression of great build quality, and maybe I am wrong? How would You rate them Mark? I like the smaller Magnetic light, but I think I would go for the bigger one. I’m a sucker for lights of any kind! IMO, it is hard to beat any of the M18 lights. Hope You’re doing well, as well as the Pups. Take care! 👍🤝🇺🇸😊
George my friend, good to hear from you! I still haven't seen that ad, oddly enough. I appreciate your vote for me being shown on their page. The magnetic light is pretty tough. I accidentally dropped the light from about 4' on cement and it's still going strong and shows no signs of damage. I think back to the electric lights I started with in construction, which are the 500w Halogen work lights. They used to get real hot and the bulbs would often break if bumped too much. The Ridgid 18V Flood Light is a much better solution compared to the halogen lights, in my opinion. I'm happy with my Milwaukee lights as well. The soon to be released M18 Rover folding light has my interest. Thanks for stopping by and take care!
@@MarkThomasBuilder Hey Mark That Ad just came through my E-Mail. Thanks for reply. Oh Boy, those old Halogen bulbs, easy to blow out, Hot to touch, and they made the work area hot, which was not good, unless it was during cold temps! 😆 I might check out that magnetic light. I’ll use the link on your channel. Take care
I have a number of the Ridgid lights and they do a good job designing them-Solid. No Complaints!!
That's good to hear! These are the first LED lights I've tried out from Ridgid and I'm definitely impressed.

Yes, that 360 light is pretty cool! I've reviewed a similar one by Milwaukee a few years ago. It's nice for working in a room with no power or lights.
Seeing that I have multiple 18v ridgid batteries either one would work. The small one for the truck/ car repairs.
Both lights work great! I'll probably use the 2Ah on the magnetic light, just to keep it as compact as possible.
Run time on the larger light says 12hrs. Which battery gives that run time? And at what level? Low?

Thanks, I think you'll be happy with these lights as far as runtime and brightness.
Are these lights brushless? 😃
