@@marinaluisa9623 I'm fine talking about period, poop and similar thing, but I have to tell you that menstrual blood DOES NOT generate human life (in case you mean other kind of life it's an other story). a woman normally(in the sense of having sex and not by other technological methods) get pregnant when her ovocite met with a spermarozoa and therefore form an embryo which sets on the previously prepared uterus walls. if that does not happen the uterus wall get rid of their "preparation layer" with menstrual blood.

It actually takes 30-90 for a pimple to form! You know how people say you are what you eat, well your skin definitely shows it after a month or so 😅 green tea is amazing at night (if the caffeine doesn’t keep you up) it’s a great detox that I love to do every night for myself and skin. Fresh ginger tea is also amazing!

I've been living alone for 2 months now. I'm cooking my own meals, take care of my apartment and I noticed a change in my live - mostly I've been getting my period(normally 2-6 month break between periods)
If people have been raised like me - food is for pleasure and you should eat what you feel like - the road to get out of that way of thinking is long. I still get cravings for sugary and greasy stuff, but I try to not give in
So to everyone who lives with their family - try to cook, shop with your parents/significant other to show what you want to eat

I find if I make a conscious effort to drink water at least 1L a day my skin is better. As before, my usual liquids would be x1 coffee am, then around 2-3 more cups of black tea at work. No water. My skin was probably suffocating.
But I'm trying to be my aware and just drink water more and I do see less breakouts!
I would love to see a video about travel and dealing with a change in weather. I live in Melb and our weather is temperamental to say the least. We have dry summers. So when I went on holidays to Singapore and Malaysia my skin did not cope on the humidity. It was clogged, irritated etc. I couldn't calm it down the whole time I was there. (Even with lots of water, but we did eat alot of food as well) I even tried drinking those herbal drinks you can get in Malaysia but no my skin did not cope going between humid outdoor temperatures and airconned buildings. Would love a video on that please!

BUT i did actually majorly cut down my sugar and carb intake last year (for my weight; i lost 20 pounds!) but a result of that was that my skin got ridiculously better. Like sooo clear. I got so many compliments. Lately though, i've been more lenient and eating a bit more carbs and bubble tea (boba) alll the time! And i've been getting breakouts as a result. The sugar levels are crazy. So yeah. Will have to cut back down. But just wanted to share a bit. Hope this helps! ♡

I know that urge- my period is clockwork every month. I usually crave for salty bad food like chips! Then, literally one day before my period, little things will make me so upset. All these symptoms are very fleeting and short live. You're super determined if you're giving up your morning coffee! I look forward to my morning cup of coffee daily- helps waking up and getting ready for work easier. Coffee also have its benefits ;-) Maybe just cut out the night coffee, eat healthy and exercise.

I’m lactose intolerant and don’t drink much coffee or soda (so I’m good with caffeine and dairy) but sugar and carbs are so good!

So true! EVERYTHING you said is actually what’s been going on with me the day I have pizza ... I’m gonna have at least two painful huge pimples on my cheeks. Recently I decided to do an experiment and reduce dairy (as much as I can) and carbs... bread and pasta, I’m not much of a sweet person so I don’t really care for sweets. Basically starve my self 🥺. No but really ever since I’ve made the decision I haven’t got any pimples. I don’t think it’s a Coincidence. I’m gonna try and keep it up as much as I can. But thank you so much for scientifically explaining everything 💋

Holy shit, it all makes sense now!! I’m also very irregular with my periods, and my skin has been getting hormonal acne for the first time ever the past 6 months, I had no idea it could be due to my caffeine obsession. I’d drink it every day, in the morning and after school, and on an empty stomach. It got so bad that I got a withdrawal headache after going a day without it.
Thanks so much for the info, I’m going to change my routine and hope it improves my skin (and cycle lol) ❤️

I wouldn't necessarily recommend using Oatly drinks, I don't know if it's the case everywhere but where I live it's one of the highest sugar-containing plant-based drinks in the stores. It's just something to maybe think about aswell

To balance out my hormones, I am taking maca powder every day and I feel like it really helps. I had to switch 3 times between birth control in a year time so my hormones were all over the place, causing breakouts, craving, bingeing ... you name it. The bingeing lead to even more cravings for sugary foods and I decided to just quit sugar cold turkey and eat a lot of nutritious food. It transformed my skin and body drastically!

I know that consuming daily products on a almost daily basis is definitely one of the reasons to my never ending acne but I can't NOT have dairy products or even reduce the number of times I have them in a week coz my mom says that since I'm still in my growth phase(I'm 15 btw) I need to have milk and all the products made from it and she just NEVER listens to me when I say that reducing these might help reduce my acne a little, I'm simply stating the facts but as most of the moms around the world think, my mom too thinks I'm being "brainwashed" by the lies of the internet 😑😑
Though I've switched to drinking green tea in the mornings now my cystic acne just won't go away no matter what I do, I've had 2 of them above the bridge of my nose, then 2 right below the previous ones, then 1 a little above the tip of my nose, 1 above the wing of my nose, and right now I have 2 right below both of my nostrils, and when I say cystic I mean those HUGE ones like REALLY HUGE ONES
