Hey Carl, on the diffs, there’s a notch’s where the plastic or metal cross pin sits that’s angled to allow the pin to smoothly go in. Didn’t know if you knew this. These notches are not on older oil gear diffs like the older TT-02 oil gear diff which are a real pain to get assembled properly without pinching the o-ring that would lead to leaks. 🤙🏽
Needle nose pliers or better still a specific e clip tool would be better than the normal pliers you use. Also some people assemble e clips while both hands are in a plastic bag as when it pings off it will still be in the bag and not on the floor
Pfft.!, No Way. You telling me for forty years I've been...... Man, such a simple, super simple idea, that NOBODY except geniuses would ever think to do. Thanks. Now I've been educated, I'll 100% be using this in the future.
Nice build mate, you know in that spec it fits nicely into our F21turn class at Milton Rc 😂 Just add some rally tyres and life the ride height, away you go
Nice build 👍 I'm negotiating with myself whether i should get the little brother XM-01pro. I have a 225mm wb L&L Lancer Evo 3 body i have no chassis for. 🤔
I wish Tamiya made a dedicated RWD chassis for touring/rally car's. For a retro bodyshell line.
Nice build so far!
Thanks!
That looks like a quality kit and a nice build!!
Also i would use AE green slime on the shock seals.

The honeybee my mate said success. I said no 10 seconds and it landed like a rock. I'm going to work on my Lazer zxr
You guys going to the Wheelspin launch party Monday
We have pencilled it in the diary

Nice build there mate. The bag with all the oils in, is that a kit or something you purchased over time? Would love a kit in a bag like that.
No way i can settle for plastic diff gears in any car for any amount of $,doomed to failure
