is the plate on your iron super smooth? mine feels ever slightly gritty like little bits of sand is scattered on it?

does it have an automatic shut off?

yes!! It turns off on it's own - M3Pro heats rapidly and maintains accurate fabric temperatures, and there is a 30-minute vertical and 10-minute horizontal standby mode with safety shut-off.
So depending on if it's standing up or laying down - the shutoff time is different. so awesome!!

Changing the cord means it is no longer compatible for left handed people. You can phone Oliso for instructions on how to move cord to the opposite side so it can be used by people who are left handed.

This isn’t a review you didn’t even show how the iron works. I have yet to find anybody on RUclips who knows how to do a proper review of this iron.
It’s so frustrating because I have the M2 and I can’t stand it
The only time you get steam is when you press those awkward buttons
Next time you do a review of any type of appliance, you need to show us how it works not just talk about the features
Sorry, but I gave you a thumbs down

Thanks for the thoughts! In the future I'll do a quick video of it in action. The buttons may be a little awkward... but it's still a great iron. The button allows you to control when you are using the steam and it not just shooting out willy nilly on it's own timing.

@@Patchworkposse well, my regular iron black and decker from probably 30 years ago and my little clover mini iron when you put on the steam function you get steam all the time so I don’t understand why this iron doesn’t work that way
The only reason I wanted the iron is because I’m left-handed and the clover iron has the cord on the right
