In this cooking youtube video i have shown how to make biscuits at home without oven bakery jaisa biscuit ghar per kaise banaen. These eggless jeera ajwain biscuits are very tasty and easy biscuit recipe without oven. You can call it as jeera biscuits as well as ajwain biscuits. It is crispy buttery in texture and have melt in mouth feel. You can make these eggless Atta biscuits recipe within few minutes.In this video i have shown two ways to make it, first with oven and second without oven also. Ingredients
This recipe will make 9- 12 jeera biscuits, depends on size you make
1/2 cup/60 gram Gehu ka Atta, Wholewheat flour
( Can use Maida/AP flour as well )
1/2 ( 60gram ) cup Maida, All purpose flour
2 Tbsp Vanilla Custard Powder, Optional
1/2 tsp namak, Salt
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Jeera, cumin seeds
1/2 Tsp Ajwain, Carom seeds
1/3 Cup/60-70 gram Ghee or Butter in soft solid form
2-3 Tbsp Sugar powder or as per taste, pisi Chini
