You'd benefit from an adjustable brake prop valve, sounds like you're locking your fronts pretty easily. Practice a bit of heel toe on your down shifts so your driveline isn't taking so much of a shock and left foot trail braking will all see you catch that 718 spyder a lot quicker ;)
It honestly freaks me out when you guys take your MINI's to like 6500 RPM and then leave them there! Every time I hit 5000 RPM I panic and shift because I don't want to hurt my poor little MINI! :)
@@l2kelloyd always enjoy the uploads. Quick question about the sway bars. I'm planning on doing the rear to a whiteline on my 53, but if honest I'm a little bit green on how it will make the car feel. I'm already well into upgrades on my car but I hear often that this a good way to go even if you don't down size the front bar. But.....does it have drawbacks such as lift off oversteer that may make it too twitchy for road, and less neutral?

the pedals in the R53 are perfectly positioned for this technique.
The r53 has the most satisfying 3-4 shift. The gearing alone in these cars makes them worth owning.
So true!!!
I just love how the R53 handles, you feel like God.
This guy is a bit lazy in the corners. drop it down a gear and give it some! Good to see Dan is still out there!
beautiful driving. Now I know to slide around the curves
Nice video! What mods do you have? Sounds really good
I enjoyed this

They love revs. Get it singing to 7k 👍
it only hurts when oil is either too cold or too hot or not changed on time
What suspension are you running? Any braces or chassis stiffening? - thanks, love your videos
Hi Jenny. I'm now running KW Clubsports, I have a MINI One front 16mm ARB and a Whiteline adjustable rear ARB. Glad someone's enjoying the videos.
@@l2kelloyd I am enjoying them, thanks. Getting ready for my first track day this summer :)

do you run a front mount intercooler? or do you struggle with temps on track?
Do you have a list of mods at all?
How did you get the top bit of your dash wrapped in that material?
Great driving mam!
P-Gear can do the record data. Try to download it and check the functions. Track Race, Drag Race, Online Racing. etc..

You drive slower than I did yesterday before I got stopped by the police...
Muy lento para manejar, con varias oportunidades de pasar a otros y no las aprobecho
