      Well Mr. Green explain to Mr how 72,000 a year is her worth. You can't count the endorsement deals. We are are talking about what the league she is playing for is paying her... and... its trash.
      72,000 a year is a joke for someone putting talk of WNBA out of people's mouths..Eyes on the games,..

    Facts! But lets be plain about it all:
    1. Narrative... Caitlin received GOAT status before playing against pros, and she has yet to match that hype or level.
    2. Salaries. ... Caitlin received the same pay as all WNBA rookie players. Dont confuse NIL monies and Endorsement with salary.
    3. Those soldout gyms did not add any increase to players. The @WNBA and Team Owners want to see a steady increase or level in the attendance. It willbtake a few years to increase salaries based on attendance. However, when you add TV deals... that can have an immediate increase in salaries.

      She barely had time to develop a chemistry but last night, she was great and seems to be settling. If she keeps playing like that, she'll be breaking a lot more records. She came into the league in a very different situation than most and got a lot of hate. That's a lot to deal with because expectations were so high. Now, hopefully she keep up the rhythm. She said she's getting paid what she is worth. That is a correct statement. Definitely will take time to build up consistency with attendance, but it's a great start.

      Good break down that nearly everyone doesn't see or doesn't want to see. Just like a child with a new toy they play with it for a while then what? The proof will be in year 3 will the fans still be going to games? Will advertisers begin to pay a premium to advertise will major networks commit TV time to the sport.

      @PhoenixRising82672 jersey sales and viewership has nothing to do with play on the court. Seems as though everyone is trying to give her Tom Brady status without even winning the first playoff game.
      Realistically Clark fans are basically treating her like a high class call girl (make the league money and the John's get a notch under their belt) don't think for one moment that the NBA won't reduce the amount that they subsidize the wnba by the increased revenue in the upcoming seasons.
      I'll give her credit when she plays the best and beats the best until then she's charels Barkley no rings or better yet John Stockton or Scott skyles

    Well it's about dang time, i get to listen to someone from within the WNBA who totally and commitedly understands the chaos going on right now with Caitlin. Her opinion is EN POINTE!! ...like 100% TRUTHS!
    What i like about it so much is that she understands how Caitlin is being paid her WORTH and therefore, every player needs to start working at it to get their WORTH recognized financially.... perhaps, they should take some time and observe what Caitlin is doing ON and OFF the court!
    And I would admit that people, like myself, don't care for bullies, bad mouthing, and shares anti-american sentiments, such as disrespectibg the flag and getting into politics when it's not even necessary....in general, us, the fans, do like and appreciate NICE PLAYERS and GOOD PLAYERS....
    For example, you, the author of this channel, or better yet the young lady speaking in this video. You represent to me someone that is open minded, understanding of the overall situation, and offers solutions in how the entire WNBA could benefit from such a contribution. So instead of hating on Caitlin, understand her situation as is... especially since it's not Caitlins doing but what the promoters are doing to benefit their companies And come up with ways in which the entire organization can benefit from this wild ride from Caitlin.

    @raulramos2509 20 дней назад

    Great and intelligent response!
    It's amazing to me how stupid the WNBA players and the WNBA itself have been towards CC. Here you have a woman that can elevate women's women's viewing by 1000% and get people around the world that have never seen or been interest in watching at least one game of women's basketball. This translates to more money to the league and more money to the players, all the players, now and in the future, better deals more sponsors. The same goes for the Olympic games. She brings in more viewership and more money. She is a draw to the games and that is good thing whether she is black or white, whether she will be a hall of famer or not, whether she will fizzle out or not, whether somebody else will be better than her in the future or next year. RIGHT NOW SHE IS THE BEST THING FOR THE WNBA SHE IS THE HOTTEST COMODITY AND SHOULD BE EMBRACED AS SUCH, AND THE PLAYERS AND THE LEAGUE SHOULD JUST LET HER PLAY AND BE THE BEST PLAYER SHE CAN BE AND BE GRATEFUL FOR SUCH TALENT. I'm not saying to baby her but to be treated with respect and not to demean her. Pounches fouls grabs that's all part of the game but what I saw in one game was disgusting, someone basically threw an elbow and pushed her at the same time trying to hurt her not play her but hurt her just for envy and some other player from the same team jumping from joy at that, just disgusting.
    When she was not elected for the Olympics team I thought, well she has not really been in the league long enough to have been selected and the selection team may have a point but then I thought Money Money Money and Exposure for WNBA is what they should have been thinking about, what's best for the league and all the players and that right now is the more exposure you have from CC the better for everyone in the league because it means more viewership and more sponsors for the WNBA. Stop the hate the pettiness the jealousy towards CC and EMBRACE THE MONEY!!! And by the way don't forget she's a great player!!!
