Good morning, Brooke! You're videos are the best and I'll definitely be following along. No time to join in so I'll live this experience through you. Have a great day and TFS all you techniques! 😊
Thanks for sharing! I’m not able to join the challenge as Christmas shopping, baking and time with grandkids leaves me exhausted. So just laying in bed enjoying your 5 minutes. ❤
Great question! Essentially just for fun & as a fun additional challenge to myself! I knew I wanted to work on loose pages (rather than a bound journal). Usually I work on the left and right side of a page at once. I didn’t want to do that in a short time frame, this time around. Also, it’s a fun additional challenge for myself to see if I can create a second spread that feels cohesive with the main spread. What ended up making the final decision for me to go for a 2nd page, is that at the end I will bind this into a journal. I didn’t want 2 different days sharing the same spread (one on top and the other on the bottom.) as free as I try to be in my art practice I’m still weirdly particular about some things, and I like the full journal “spread” to feel cohesive. Totally a personal preference. Does that make sense? Haha multiple different reasons, but boils down to “because I want to” 😂
Love these to pages. Grungy goodness thank you for sharing Brooke
Glad you like them!
