Thanks for the guides! Been watching lost initiative to prepare myself for my first-ever d&d session with some friends. We're all new so I got stuck being the DM, and am struggling to learn everything at once, so having a pretty nice little guide to some d20 mechanics is very helpful!

Thanks bro. Easily one of the better set of DnD tutorials. Just wish the sound wasn't so bad at times haha

Excellent tutorial, appreciate the effort you put in to deliver this session. EXTREMELY Helpful! One minor critique, I enjoyed the background music but it is distracting from the content. I suggest a lower volume on the tunes.

With the positioning of the tokens, hold ALT and move the token where you want. It will stay.

Are you using 5E OGL sheets? I'm having a problem with the "community created" NPC sheets: any time i enter info under the attack sections of "description" and "effect", they come up blank in the chat screen when used. nothing i enter there comes out. so i'm thinking about switching to the OGL, if it works for me. Thanks!

OGL all the way. That what Roll20 made and so they are the most compatible.

I'm getting lost in translation here. I've been able to follow what I think are the steps you've laid out create the tokens with attributes. When I bring it from my Journal onto my map it creates a duplicate of what I have created...which is good. But how do I pull up the character sheet/attributes page for the token when it is on the map ? I expected when I selected the token from the "journal entry" from my list, dragged & dropped it onto my map that the "journal attributes" would be linked to it and pop up when I selected the new token. Is this wrong ? Will I need to have the token selected and choose from the Journal template each time in order to see & use the attributes ? I also noted that I was unable to "blank out" the default token option. It was already blank and I was able to select a token and update. I just thought that when the token was finally placed the Journal sheet would pop up when I selected the token so that I could use the attributes sheet for attacks......in my testing.

Know this was a long time ago but does anyone know how to separate the hp of the enemies. When I try to -5 to one orc it will -5 for all of them. Is there a way to separate them without having to make 15 character sheets for each of my enemies?

I did low key forgot cuz it was a while ago I think you have to go in and change the elements in the orc or something I remember you can make a single orc node and then clone it and drag drop a bunch of times without the paid version@@enzo1500able

      Check the newest videos.
I went from a blue yeti and no clue how to use it to a Shure SM7B with all the bells and whistles. Plus a lot of research into maintaining it. But I’m glad you liked it overall!!
I’ve been thinking about re-recording these old videos due to the low quality.

@@Daelric great information would love to see an updated video with the newest features. Please kill the background music as it is kind of distracting from your great lessons.
