  • Moby Zaza, at the time of filming, plys the +/- 5hr route between Livorno in Italy and Bastia in Corsica.
Now in her twilight years, she is a small and yet comfortable vessel with a homely and well maintained interior featuring large halls and stairwells preventing queuing and congestion during capacity crossings.
She boasts a large formal restaurant (closed during filming), huge self service restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, small shop, snack bar decorated in Loony Tunes memorabilia, excellent children's facilities, British themed pub (closed during filming) and excellent show lounge with a feature wall of glass.
Moby Zaza also has a large amount of exterior deck space.
For those embarking as a foot passenger in Livorno, although the port is close to the city, one must allow plenty of time as the port is huge and must walk a long way, effectively walking away from the ship towards the vehicle check-in to obtain boarding cards to then double back.
Bastia is far simpler as one just goes to the (north) terminal and then walk the short distance to the ferry.
A blog with full details will be published too www.a2bviasea.co.uk
