It’s not possible without both of them. Bill belichek is one of the greatest football minds of all time, and he tried to establish a specific culture in New England about being obsessed with success.
Then Brady came into his own like he was made in a lab to enforce and reinforce this culture and mentality. Bill wants a team full of talent, Brady doesn’t want to be paid as much as he deserves. Bill wants everyone to be held accountable, Brady wanted to be held accountable in front of everyone.

To me the combination of Bill Belichicks coaching abilities, along with the additional player's that New England acquired over the year's of their Super Bowl dynasty run. Their track record of Wins vs Losses was fantastic as well then? And with Bill being the Coach at that time. His genius for leading the Team was brilliant in My POV, & opinion. Although I've never been a Tom Brady diehard Fan myself? Tom came along at the exactly right time, took over from Drew Bledsoe when he freakishly got injured so badly? Tom stepped in, & under Bills Masterful leadership. He led the Patriots from then on. Their joint combination of their leadership, on & off the Field is Historical & fantastic as well. Just like past combo's of Walsh & Montana or Bradshaw & Chuck Knolls in Pittsburgh, or John Elway & Mike Shanihan in Denver. The dynamic of QB & Coach or Coach & QB is so important it's impossible too Win the Championship's 🏆🏆 in any Sporting endeavor without it. Those are The Fact's Jack.

Bill’s very calm, just trying to get Tom on the right path mentally and emotionally in that game. Being the goat doesn’t mean you don’t need guidance from time to time.

Great coaching this was Brady's first game back from injury week 1 2009 vs Bills. Brady led an epic comeback in the 4th qtr for the win.

Bill is genius for starting that convo with his hyper competitive QB referring to him as “buddy” then he a few seconds later he asks him to correct a mistake. Genius way of phrasing this to an explosive QB in a game where live bullets r flying and he’s coming off an injury that could give him happy feet

As much as I want to say Bill, and he is a lot of the reason for Tom, his TB days tell the rest of story of his greatness and as a Colts fan and PM fan it’s hard to acknowledge his greatness except it’s not because I’m his record says it all!
