Hi Mr. Shameer, I am Pharm. D graduate working in a reputed organization. I liked the video and is interesting. I would like to give a feedback through this message. Most of the aspirants loose interest and enthusiasm by the end of first or mid of second year. They need to know, tackle the strategies of studying and be a standout in the rat race amongst mbbs, bds, bhms, bams, b. Pharm, m. pharm and microbiology graduates. I think a video on this information also shall be motivating for students and decent job aspirants.
@vaishavipadma5729 many people are telling pharm d have no scope no jobs so iam really confused whether I would take bsc agriculture or pharm d ? Please recommend one course
Hi ... I would say jus an engineering graduate from an IIT or from an down grade college would be taught almost the same syllabus, still there are engineering graduates who stand out by learning various Languages, and stand out from skill set of others. It is not important if you are a BSc agriculture graduate or pharm.D graduate. It is important on improvising your skill set. And to be precise on your question I would be partial and say pharm. D has a wide range of opportunities like hospital, industry, teaching, and IT, too. With the limited knowledge of BSc agriculture, I am not scope of agriculture... Explore on the opportunities on BSc too.
Nothing is alternative of MBBS in India Now a days BNYS or BAMS is the best career option after MBBS . PharmD in India practically no use, unless you went to abroad. No such govt vacancy for PharmD but 2 yrs Diploma In Pharmacy ( D Pharm ) has more value in practical sense for Govt job in India, its fact.
@careerdishari, please don't highlight only about the government job... other than govt job, there are plenty of opportunities after Pharm. D. Even a Pharm.D graduate is eligible for 1. Drug Inspector. 2. Pharmacovigilance scientist in PvPI. 3. Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission. 4. Pharmacist in government hospitals. 5. Research Scientist in many big organizations. Etc... etc....
