if want to edit the text just double click on smartobject layer until the original text open, edit the text and save.

After I convert to smart object the text, why I can't invert it ?

antes de convertirlo en objeto inteligente lo tenes que rasterizar y ahi vas a poder "invertir" (pero no queda igual)
