Wonderful job, Elisa! I love everything you have done with this memory planner. One of the 2 albums I have actually completed in my memory-keeping life that I'm proud of is an 8x8" one dedicated to a trip my mom, brother, & I took to Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado several years ago. I not only finished it completely, but didn't find things afterwards that I wished I'd remembered to include! LOL I have also finished the Scotland volume of the Ireland/Scotland/England trio I've been working on. That was an epic trip my brother & SIL took our mom on in 2016. Ireland & England are actually nearly done, but the pages are not yet in their final albums. (I have one album for each country, as there were a TON of photos!) I have most of the layouts in a "holding album," not in any particular order, but collected by country, until I'm ready to put them in their final albums. Then I'll put them in chronological order. Of course, with the Scotland album, I have since found a photo that I should have included (I didn't realize at the time that it was taken there) & some ephemera & embellishment pieces that are Scotland-specific. Rats! :P Same for a couple of the England layouts. The trials & tribulations of a memory keeper. LOL Anyway, I'm not holding myself to a timetable or deadline for that project--obviously. :) I just work as the spirit moves me. Thank you, as always, for sharing your projects, Elisa. I hope y'all have an awesome day! :)
Oh, it is so hard to be a memory keeper and stay on top of projects. Super challenging! Good for you for working on those vacation albums. Truthfully, I think those specific albums are some of the most special in the long run.
I am almost done with my son's pre-K album. It broke my heart to not be able to share any of that year with him, they kept parents out the entire year so they could keep them safe and have in-classroom activities rather than virtual. So that meant no walking him to class the first day, no birthday cupcakes or doing any of the activities parents are usually invited to. He didn't know it was different and the teachers tried to send pictures all the time to keep us updated. So I did an album and I am almost done with it. It will be great to remember his first, not so normal, year and he already loves to flip through it.
I did a scrapbook of family history with pictures and items from my parents after they passed away. I am so glad that it is finished.
I am up to date on my Faith planner, which I started because of you & I love it!!!
Yay!!! Great job!
Love your memory planner! The daily photo idea is something I am going to try! 🌸💕🌸
Have fun!
Oh my word! I love this so much! So inspiring. 💖
Thanks Tracy! Thank you for watching!
Wonderful ideas!

Aw, that sounds like such a sweet album! And it is true, it is hard to miss those memories, but certainly makes for interesting memories.
