- Last year, the duo went on an elk hunt with two tags in completely different units. One of the units presented backcountry hunting, while the other unit presented hunting in the lower country with not nearly as many areas to pack into and get away from pressure. This year Lorenzo & Omar got tags in an area where they plan on spending the full 14 days packed deep into the backcountry in search of elk. It is a style of elk hunting that brings the most enjoyment to the two and requires unique gear to be able to stay light but also prepared for anything that might come their way.

Brother, why are you still wearing contacts in 2024? You can get Lasik for the price of like four stone glacier puffy jackets and it’s a two day turnaround and then you have Eagle vision. One of the best things I’ve ever done for myself was getting Lasik. Lots of great info in this video you guys are killing it.
Hahahaha this comment is fuckin awesome! I have always had decent vision. But I have an astigmatism which fucks with red dots and sight pins. However, as I've gotten a little older it's hard to the discern pin point precision I want.

Bro you need to oil your boots makes them last longer and looks better. Also should have a tourniquet in your med pack literally a life saver also some super glue for deep cuts

sorry for the ate reply... we are getting down to everything being final and its looking like my pack will be around the 75lb mark +/- a pound or 2. having 14 days of food is NOT FUN for the first couple days...

yes for sure. it does take a tad bit longer to get to boil cause there's not wind cover like the Jet boil

Awesome, just got back from an on range Oryx hunt and the vest made it so much hotter. I havent been able to find any other hunting company that has a hunter orange baselayer like that either.
