Ammar, as an Egyptian girl whose wanted nothing more than to travel, see the world, make a change, and meet incredible people like you all- your story touches the deepest part of my heart. @@SquidProQuo80same situation in India. General mentality here in my parents generation is that they have worked soo hard in raising us, so they expect us to be successful ( become doctor/ engineer/govt job) have a house, wife ,kids and stay with them in peace for lifetime. They have seen loss of near and dear ones , so adventurous activities are a big no.Travelling, having fun is the waste of money and resources and is last thing in their dictionary. This episode hit me hard, only started watching you guys last week and already I've been inspired by your journeys so much! Ammar and his relationship with his dad and the power of his dreams brought a tear to my eye fr. I'm very close with my father but he lives in Madeira, Portugal 🇵🇹 and I live in England 🏴 so seeing him isn't a thing that happens often, so when I see the respect Ammar has for his father regardless of the situation between them, it instantly inspired me to book flights where I'm going to surprise visit my father in March! I'm absolutely stoked now and I know had I not have watched you guys none of this would have happened so honestly Thank-you and please continue to create your unbelievable content and show people to chase their dreams. I'm no professional but I will be attempting to document my journeys from now as I feel its something I want to show, that it's possible to get your dreams no matter who you are. Will be the start of something beautiful I know it. I can feel it. ❤
I am sorry to disappoint you but it doesn't deserve to be number one. The first documentary was so great and you actually learned something, but this time they set the bar to high with their announcements, and you get little value. It rather feels like a travel vlog.

This is sincerely one of the few times that I watched a documentary from start to finish, no breaks all in one sitting. I am fascinated by video content creation and you guys absolutely killed it. Yes Theory has a set of mind, a vision and a look on life that I always have. I feel so incredibly supported to see that I am not alone. This documentary made me very emotionally. I cried/weeped, I had moments of pure joy and moments of incredible gladness. Ammar his story touched me the most. Ammar I really hope you see this. My father and I have had no contact for around 4 years now since we have deeply seated issues which cannot be resolved. Ammar you are not alone and I would like to know that I as a simple Yes Theory Fan am there for you. Even though it's maybe only in thoughts. Me and everyone from the Yes Theory Family is with you. I love Ammar just simply for the fact the tears that are running down his face are from a deep place in the soul, I pray you heard every noise and feeling that brought you to such a state. That was peaceful for me to watch even on a computer. Yes theory you guys are so enjoyable to watch and I love how you all keep each other going. Soul mates dont just come in pairs or as lovers, most times they come as friends and thats a whole other kind of intimacy.

ru serious man just leave. This made me emotional because I had my piece of shit father “disown” me before I was even born... the reason Ammar displays so much emotion is because even though his father disowned him and such, he was still able to accomplish big things and make an impact on peoples lives. This isn’t meant to be just some “jungle pyramid exploration” it’s meant to be a milestone in not only Ammars; but everybody who was involved life’s.

Yeah, I was watching the scene right as I saw this comment. It's painful that a parent wants everything for their child, except for them to follow their dreams.
Yeah true, but in the end you cant change his opinion, unfortunatelly... he thinks he knows whats best for his son, as all parents do, and doesnt want him to regret it. He made a mistake as we see it and i hope he apologizes, but in his eyes, until he realizes what he did, he is always going to think Ammar made a horrible decision by choosing dreams over him
As a 12-year-old Muslim Arab girl Amar gives me some much hope an I love watch him achieve his dreams it just gives me more confidence so yes theory your amazing keep going
What are some cool things you do daily? As an American 13 year old girl I'm really interested in what you do daily, or like what you find interesting. Considering the current quarantine situation it'd be really cool to find out about someone who lives differently and how ot affects you.
You’re not gonna believe this... I just realized that I was watching a 55 min video... at 53 minutes. I honestly didn’t realize how long I’d been watching.
I’m so into this group of people and the way they look at the world. It’s so motivating, the concept of pushing yourself for adventure and challenging one’s self is really cool
When Ammar started crying, so did I. The work you guys are doing DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE. It sure did make a difference in my life. Your channel and your hard work have taught me to actually seek discomfort. I was always happy with where I was in life but now I want to expand my horizons. I want to see more, I want to hear more, and I want to do more. This is all thanks to you guys. Don't even think for once second Ammar that your work doesn't make a difference. Everything this channel stands for is what I want to stand for in life. To keep working for more and to never merely settle. I read a comment somewhere under one of your videos which said "Yes theory is not just a youtube channel, it's a lifestyle" and I couldn't agree more. I can't even imagine the amount of work that goes into your videos but every time I watch your work, I'm inspired. I don't know if you'll see this comment but if you do then I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you to everyone who makes these videos possible. Thank you, Thomas. Thank you, Matt. Thank you, Ammar.
This was the reason that all those times you tried didn’t work. All of it was for this opportunity, this one of a lifetime chance, this experience to bond and conquer. We’re so proud of you guys, especially Ammar . Congratulations guys and best of luck for the times ahead.

Ammar is one of the most precious gifts we have. Able to transcend boundaries not just as an Egyptian not as an Arab or a Muslim but just from his undeniable compassion and enthusiasm for the human experience. To deny this gift would be to deny the world of the healing that will inevitably ensue. Despite his calling, he deserves the love and support of his family. I hope his father will understand soon that he raised a savior, a most beautiful and powerful son, capable of much more than his trajectory could provide. He is a son to be immensely proud of. What’s beautiful soul. Love to him forever.

The smile on Ammars face is priceless! So happy for him, and wanted to let him now he is an inspiration for those of us whose loved ones aren't necessarily on board for our dreams! I also want to say he worded it perfectly when he said he was not upset with his parents that he knew they only did it from a place of love. Amazing content, and much love!!!
Those drone shots gave me chills. The whole documentary was amazing
My heart broke into pieces when Ammar started crying...
Ammar lost a father (temprorarily to my judgement) and gained a million brothers. I am Ammar's brother.
irondasgr pardon me but is ammar now on good terms with his father again?
same with me
@Chris Williams his country and great majority of kinsman are backwards thinking primitives acting out medieval systems of oppression, and he can't quite put it into words. Go find some muslim apostates and hear their story.
Ammar‘s smile when he reached the top of the pyramid is the best part of this documentary
This is one of my favorite videos on YT ever! It’s very inspiring, I love the story and how it was all put together! I literally come back to this video a few times a year since it first came out! I get the same feeling every time!
I actually wished this was longer. I want to see more of the pyramid

Hey bro visit a channel named praveen mohan you will be mesmerised
Is no one talking about how it’s a 55min video that is movie quality and NO ADS
Yes Theory is the best and kindest bunch of people
Anna Niedermeyer people have a tendency to focus on what they don’t have, and what they want, instead of being thankful for what they have, you could say lack of appreciation
They wanted to put ads but RUclips didn’t let them monetize the video
youtube algorithm is an asshole that didn’t monetize the video
Alex Nosky they already got money from it. They let people view it early
I just notice that at 37 mins in... usually interrupted with ads.

Stop with that edit shit

It rather feels like a travel vlog.
you guys go on the most insane adventures and i am so glad your documenting it all because a lot of normal people dream of these things but will never get to experience them, thank you.
The camera work here is great overall, but the drone work is INSANE. They've definitely captured the purpose of this whole adventure

Brendan Murray uh. . . ok, sure. my daughter wouldn't have cried that much, it was embarrassing. the guys got good friends and i am glad for that. because of his emotions, he will need good friends throughout life. i feel bad for his father. i came for a jungle expedition and got a high school field trip. no hate on the guy personally but it does leave me concerned for his generation
ru serious man just leave.
This was such an awesome experience. Thank you for taking me with you on this journey through your video!

No parent should ever make their son decide between him or his dreams😔
Yeah, I was watching the scene right as I saw this comment. It's painful that a parent wants everything for their child, except for them to follow their dreams.
Yeah true, but in the end you cant change his opinion, unfortunatelly... he thinks he knows whats best for his son, as all parents do, and doesnt want him to regret it. He made a mistake as we see it and i hope he apologizes, but in his eyes, until he realizes what he did, he is always going to think Ammar made a horrible decision by choosing dreams over him
When was that part?
