It took 7 days in the jungle of Guatemala, 8 weeks of editing with a whole team of editors and a community supporting us by purchasing the doc early to make this happen... (And then RUclips doesn't let us monetize it hah, great!). No but we feel so grateful for this wild adventure and couldn't be happier we finally uploaded this to RUclips. The amount of endless software problems, challenges in the story and brainstorms on how we could continue making films like this in the future has been wild. We're stoked to be in a place where we're happy to put this out for all of you guys to see. Thank you so all the creators for joining us and helping make this film possible. Thank you so Sam Kolder, Andreas Hem, Sorelle Amore, Johnny FPV, Chelsea Yamase, Max Rantz MacDonald and Perry Grone. There are links in the description for biosphere preservation, we highly encourage you to check it out and support in whatever capacity you can. MUCH LOVE!

More like needlessly dangerous and unjustifiably stressful to the animals. Johnny keeps crossing these boundaries when he documents wildlife, there's a point when you stop being an observer and instead begin harassing animals for the sake of the shot. It happens with overzealous documentarians who film on foot, but its even worse with clout chasing drone operators. Having one of those things buzzing by wildlife while they're running away is inhumane and needlessly traumatizing.

This is sincerely one of the few times that I watched a documentary from start to finish, no breaks all in one sitting.
I am fascinated by video content creation and you guys absolutely killed it. Yes Theory has a set of mind, a vision and a look on life that I always have. I feel so incredibly supported to see that I am not alone. This documentary made me very emotionally. I cried/weeped, I had moments of pure joy and moments of incredible gladness. Ammar his story touched me the most. Ammar I really hope you see this. My father and I have had no contact for around 4 years now since we have deeply seated issues which cannot be resolved. Ammar you are not alone and I would like to know that I as a simple Yes Theory Fan am there for you. Even though it's maybe only in thoughts. Me and everyone from the Yes Theory Family is with you.

This episode hit me hard, only started watching you guys last week and already I've been inspired by your journeys so much! Ammar and his relationship with his dad and the power of his dreams brought a tear to my eye fr. I'm very close with my father but he lives in Madeira, Portugal 🇵🇹 and I live in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 so seeing him isn't a thing that happens often, so when I see the respect Ammar has for his father regardless of the situation between them, it instantly inspired me to book flights where I'm going to surprise visit my father in March! I'm absolutely stoked now and I know had I not have watched you guys none of this would have happened so honestly Thank-you and please continue to create your unbelievable content and show people to chase their dreams. I'm no professional but I will be attempting to document my journeys from now as I feel its something I want to show, that it's possible to get your dreams no matter who you are. Will be the start of something beautiful I know it. I can feel it. ❤

When Ammar started crying, so did I. The work you guys are doing DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE. It sure did make a difference in my life. Your channel and your hard work have taught me to actually seek discomfort. I was always happy with where I was in life but now I want to expand my horizons. I want to see more, I want to hear more, and I want to do more. This is all thanks to you guys. Don't even think for once second Ammar that your work doesn't make a difference. Everything this channel stands for is what I want to stand for in life. To keep working for more and to never merely settle. I read a comment somewhere under one of your videos which said "Yes theory is not just a youtube channel, it's a lifestyle" and I couldn't agree more. I can't even imagine the amount of work that goes into your videos but every time I watch your work, I'm inspired. I don't know if you'll see this comment but if you do then I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you to everyone who makes these videos possible. Thank you, Thomas. Thank you, Matt. Thank you, Ammar.

ru serious man just leave. This made me emotional because I had my piece of shit father “disown” me before I was even born... the reason Ammar displays so much emotion is because even though his father disowned him and such, he was still able to accomplish big things and make an impact on peoples lives. This isn’t meant to be just some “jungle pyramid exploration” it’s meant to be a milestone in not only Ammars; but everybody who was involved life’s.

You mean... Archeologists? Historical anthropologists? Professional dig teams that are contracted out by universities and corporate/private archeological expeditions and such, as well as the day laborers and migrant workers who worked for pennies a day to unearth all manner of cultural treasures and antiquities? Or perhaps the local/regional government and any respective cultural heritage society and/or private party donors that strive to both restore and maintain certain historical sites and monuments in order to not just make them more aesthetically pleasing, but safe for public tourism as well?
Yep, you're absolutely right. It's crazy though for real, people just don't realize the sheer amount of bodies that are thrown at historical sites in discovery and maintenance alike. The cost is truly jaw dropping many times as well, although since it's an cultural thing like that it's pretty common to see private and regional/national government grants and donations, as well as regular deposits of government allocated funds through other various programs. I can only imagine if sites like those in Egypt and Rome would still be standing today without such programs and support if I'm being honest lol.

Ammar is one of the most precious gifts we have. Able to transcend boundaries not just as an Egyptian not as an Arab or a Muslim but just from his undeniable compassion and enthusiasm for the human experience. To deny this gift would be to deny the world of the healing that will inevitably ensue. Despite his calling, he deserves the love and support of his family. I hope his father will understand soon that he raised a savior, a most beautiful and powerful son, capable of much more than his trajectory could provide. He is a son to be immensely proud of. What’s beautiful soul. Love to him forever.

It’s the largest pyramid that has been found, but most of it is covered by the forest so that you see only the top part!!!!
He is not referencing this as his roots nor comparing it to the Egyptian pyramids, it has been his life long dream to climb the pyramids in Egypt, and when he tried to made it happen he tried to make it into an opportunity to promote Egypt and attract the tourists again.....sadly even when he got all the legal documents, a mere guard wouldn’t let him do it....
He took this opportunity to fulfill his oldest dream but in an alternative way.....yes it’s not a pyramid in Egypt. But when he tells the story of him as a child... he didn’t want to climb those bc it were Egyptian pyramids, he was in awe of the size of them and how they looked, and he made up his mind about wanting to climb a pyramid one day!! So.... even though his mind was set to climb a pyramid in Egypt, he exhausted everything to try and make it happened but it could happen, so he took this amazing opportunity to fulfill his dream!!
To think you have the nerves to judge this guy. Who even had to give up his family to live a live pursuing his dreams, but yet never blames his father.....to dare to say they did this for the attention??? It’s very pessimistic, smallminded and pathetic.....
I think you should watch this film again, and watch more of their content and maybe then your mind will be enriched and you won’t be as much as an ass
