  • Coach Roseaanne has been INSTRUMENTAL to the woman I have become today so when she asked me t give a speech at the launch of her event The Thriving Woman, it was a no-brainer! The event aimed to explore how one can thrive even amidst life curveballs and how to break through our limitations to unleash our fullest potential as women, creating the future we envision for ourselves. I was asked to talk about single motherhood, how I juggle all my roles, and why prioritizing wellness is a priority for me.
I was on a panel with amazing women, namely; Sharon Mundia, Irene Mumo, Kambua, Jemimah, Pat Okello & Dr. Patricia Murugami. This is the video of all of our speeches which I found so insightful.
Please find below the link that you can use to sign up for the Thriving Woman program

My speech can be found at minute 13:44. After the questions I give my speech, In conclusion, my key points:
    1. Let your children be your driving force. Their presence in your life can give you the determination and strength to keep pushing forward, even on the hardest days.
    2. Prioritize self-care to prevent burnout. Take time for yourself and engage in activities that bring you joy and recharge your energy.
    3. Set boundaries and learn to say no. It's okay to prioritize your own needs and delegate tasks when necessary.
    4. Embrace vulnerability and share your struggles openly. By doing so, you will find strength and support from others who have experienced similar challenges.
    5. Tap into your passion for empowering women. When you focus on something greater than yourself, it becomes easier to find the motivation to keep going.
    6. Join my community and connect with other women. Together, we can create a network of support and empowerment.
    7. Ask for help when needed. Building a support network can provide you with the necessary resources and emotional support to navigate the challenges of motherhood and life.

Waah! After the first lady spoke I wondered how it could possibly get better but it just crescendod weuh!!
I loved your vulnerability Tats, then Kambua with the powerful acceptance over tolerance in different seasons, with Sharon Mundia bringing it all perfectly together like the anchor she was,, the Naomi & Ruth revelation of gratitude even when everything seems lost, wueh... and then Pat topped it so fine I was like, 'this is it', but then Patricia goes on to finish it proper I'm like 'I best be a bridge for myself immediately & utilise my remaining weeks to the fullest!'.
Thank you Mama Olive for this. Like many others here, I'll be coming back to this again & again

So true, the deception parading as love and light is the definition of new age, I was into tarot, loa, manifesting, worshipping the creation like universe and nature instead of the creator, following the likes of echart, Michael singer, Brian Scott, mooji, locally the likes of dr mumbi, going to yoga retreats and Vipassana meditation trying to achieve enlightenment through oneness with cosmic consciousness...all these are lies, only Jesus can save and deliver us, may he have mercy and call his children back to him from this paganism, witchcraft and idolatry that is spreading like wildfire on earth at such a time as this.

@@savedbyJesus23 wow thank God you know the truth now. It's a rabbit hole you can get lost in. We have to be sober and alert since the devil is looking for people to lie to. Oprah too is into alot of New age but her message ' looks' good.
