Magnacut steel is awesome..great all around blade..microtech quality has gone down hill from years prior i like this better than my microtechs and benchmades
It's a pretty awesome knife. It actions every time, and I haven't had any malfunctions. The blade does jiggle a little when fully deployed if you hold the blade and move the handle back and forth, but I don't notice any movement when cutting things. Hope you enjoy your knife like I do. Aloha.
@@kaleoariolaThe blade having a little play is standard in all otf's except the Hawk Deadlock which is designed to lockup like a bank vault and cost $1000. Ive heard quite a few reviews where people said the livewire had less blade play than their microtechs, not to mention the quality was just as good, if not better. Gorgeous knife! I cant wait to get one in black! ✌️
@@MrKyGuy It is a very nice color on an awesome knife. I got this blue livewire from knivesshipfree. Knife center also has them in blue. I do not recommend blade hq they're terrible right now. Ordered an olive livewire on 25SEP2023 and it is not arriving till 04NOV2023.
I love it! I keep it in my waist band so it's sort of prone to sweat and I forget that it's there and have went swimming in the ocean after work. MagnaCut is great because it's very easy to maintain, just a quick rinse and a strop every once in a while. The blade play isn't noticeable when in use, only if you hold the blade and wiggle the hande you see it and then again it's very minimal. I really want to get the carbon handle version but I dont like the fact that they put a silver stone wash blade on it. I hope you get one or a few and enjoy them as I do. I have 4 of them, this blue, green(daily carry), tan, and red. Mahalo for the subscription and for watching. Take care, aloha.
Oh I'm jealous! When I finally get around to ordering the carbon I'm going to also an all black from blade hq so I can have them engrave the blade. I wish knivesshipfree offered engraving or even knife center. Anyways I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as we do. Take care, aloha.
