For those who are talking about hygiene and using hand, I would like to point out that, based on what i can see in the video, this is not a road side vendor,... the shop, chopping board, utensils looks pretty clean and using fresh hand for every new dish and not touching anything while preparing dishes, apart from food and utensils. I would say it is pretty clean. Just using spoon and gloves doesn't make it hygienic. They can also be unhygienic if they are not washed, changed or touched with everthing. Indians don't use gloves for cooking food at home and also eat with hand, unlike west!
dude do u know ur palm has sweat glands ? also nails ?? maybe ur used to such foods not everyone is comfortable also not immune. if ur ok to eat food prepared without gloves then that's ur personal choice there is no need for you to convince people to eat food prepared without gloves or spoon !!
