- A quick stop on Highway 61 on the north shore of Lake Superior is the Silver Creek Cliff Wayside Park. I love this quick stop!
I camp and hike in and around the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. I also guide Boundary Waters Retreats! In the Superior National Forest, in Northern Minnesota. And anywhere else I can venture to! I love sharing the journey with you all.

I remember when they were blasting the tunnel, we had to wait like 30 minutes to pass around on the old highway. I was like 6 years old.
