there is a horn in ur engrams, which is used to call the alpha liviathan, this thing is kinda like the savage acro(lil weaker)...so yeah, even if theres no water boss in centre u can still make an army to defeat that beast for ur satisfaction.....btw the scuba goggles/mask is updated now, u can use that to see better in ocean!
@axeman The Glaucus can actually go on land. So even without the Dino depot pokeballs. You can take them to the boss arena. Where because it’s floor is water I believe they receive their hydration buff and can use their electrical abilities on the bosses. And when each has 20k health and deals good damage. I think boss fights just got a little easy

I recommend you to put the googles on Axe. It makes it easier to see under water but at the same time not too easy so the ocean becomes boring like with the no fog command.
You should put on a mask too see or so that we the spectators can see please it's kinda like meeting in the middle if you don't want to turn off the fog.
You should go around and kill all the low level water dragons so higher level one's will pop. You need a Dunkleo to get the metal, there is a massive amount of metal in the deep ocean and there are no mobs down there. Park a Raft with cabinets above the spot and you can harvest all the metal you will ever need in one or two trips. Get a Angler and you can get all the pearls you need also.
The ocean is so foggy and dark if you do not remove the fog. We that watch, can't see a thing. So for the sake of showing content, i vote for you to remove the water fog.

The Jellyfish spawning in are part of the Sea Dragons mechanics so you can always attempt to tame them :)
