there are places to take off your mask. So when ever I felt o was getting over heated I would go to those areas and drink a ton of water. Wasn't so bad.

Mindy I have been watching your videos a long time now. I lost my son 16 to suicide. I lost my self for a while and didn't know if I could ever feel good about myself again. You have such a beautiful soul, beautiful inside out. You have gave me hope again. Thank you mindy for your inspiration.

You can never social distance "too much" I lost a family member due to covid19 with no underlying health conditions. The safest way is to just wear a mask and not get so close to people. You can still live your life without needing to complain about rules set there to save others! This is showing you the dark side of people, dont be a selfish human being. Do your part. Now im sure she's going to stay home for 14 days to limit any exposure she could've been exposed to especially larry. Okay sorry mindy had to vent.

Here in Sweden there a lot of people who think masks are stupid. They are so much in denial about covid-19 and keep on living as usual. That really scares me. People look at me like I'm crazy when I wear a mask to the grocery store. People are brainwashed by our public health authority who says that masks *spread the virus even MORE, *masks are "unpleasant", *masks makes you think that you are safe and therefore you will disobey social distance etc. This is one of many reasons why Sweden has a very high death rate.
Stay safe, you can tell there's still a lot of people close by when you were walking around. I personally wouldn't chance it.

Even before Corona there have Always been viruses around especially the flu which SO many people die from every single year...and people still would be out and about like nothing......I agree you should still be able to live your life, instead of in constant fear it's Terrible for your mental health! That's exactly what they want from us....to be afraid feeling like we aren't even able to do anything....people should live how they want because Corona , just like the flu isn't just going to magically disappear altogether, so does that mean people should go there entire lives with staying in there homes ? Yikes, doesn't sound like much a life to me... I hope everyone eventually realizes this 🙏❤️

I went to universal last August and as a huge HP fan it was one of the best weeks of my life!!🤗 I want to go back so baddddd. I couldn’t go in a mask though lol I’d probably get a heat stroke haha. Hope y’all had fun❤️

Gosh looks like fun but I wouldn't chance it. There are alot of people that are A symptomatic, no symptoms at all. Myself, my husband and kids tested positive and it is the worst sickness ever! I dont wish anyone to go through what we went through. Prayers is what pulled us through.

Thank you. We attended a drive through graduation, never got off our ride. Afterwards went to a drive through celebration for graduate. So the doctors think it might have been during that time... 1st week of having the virus is the hardest. We pushed ourselves to walk around outside or Clean. Drinking nothing but hot tea. Sleeping on our recliners, not laying flat. Kept our fans/ac off. The heat really helped. It makes you lazy and just want to sleep.
What do you do when you can’t sleep, catch up with Mindy. Love the universal videos. Doesn’t get boring. Would like to see a Lord of the Rings park.

On Hagrdis you probably experienced what ride operators call a Cascade. Meaning, probably something happened on the platform that held up people getting on and it has a domino affect type thing

I love Universal Studios (Hollywood). I think that's the amusement park in SoCal I've visited the most. Probably been there at least 12 times in my life. Was a season pass holder back in 2005 and went there like 8 times that year.
Universal doesn't have as many rides as Disneyland, Six Flags Magic Mountain, or Knott's Berry Farm but it's a great place to chillax in. Minx, when you showed me The Transformers ride that your mom likes, it just made me realize I haven't been there in ages!
The rides I remember back in 2005 were The Mummy ride and Jurassic Park ride with the big splash at the end. And the Back To The Future ride was still there. That feels like yesterday to me but it's like 15 years ago!

Disneyland cost so much to get in. My stepdad took his two daughters, grandson, and mother last year. He probably spent like $1000 for one day! Just to get in, it's $100+ per adult and that's without California Adventure. I remember the days when it would cost only $60-$70. I simply can't afford their season passes but Disneyland doesn't really change drastically every 5 years.
Universal is one of my favorite movie studios ever. It gave me the Back To The Future trilogy, Casino, Jurassic Park, American Pie, Ted, and it gave Harry Potter to Minx. I will always love Universal. Great place to chillax in and offers the best value for season passes. It's actually quite underrated.
Great vlog, Minx. Very informative. Amusement parks may stay like that until fall of next year. No concerts and live sporting events for another 15+ months. This is the new normal until a vaccine comes out. So this vlog is basically showing us what amusement parks will look like for another year.
My trip here was cancelled (I’m in the UK) so I am living the trip to universal through you guys. I hope I can visit next year it’s been my dream for years

If your mask is to big like mine are cross/ twist ear piece before you put it around your ear. It helps 100% for me. Hope I explained it where it makes sense.lol. Love you guys.

I’ve wondered the same thing because they only ever show (in detail) the Harry Potter areas.The rest of the rides and attractions are awesome too! I have an annual pass and the HP areas are my favorite, but I love the rest of the parks and rides as well.
Such a good vid. Y’all chose masks wisely I feel like disposable ones are so much easier for long use. But really being able to take em off while eating is a nice break ...l.l also I’ve been debating on getting Larry’s Hat and now I really want it.

Mindy, there’s a wire in the mask to help it stay up around your nose. In the video it didn’t look like you had pressed it down. Maybe it’ll help with keeping the mask up so you won’t have to touch it that much. :) btw I loved the video. I miss universal so much :(
This is painful to watch . I love you but just the whole experience I wouldn’t be able to breath all day walking around in a mask. I just wish things go back to normal .

I was looking forward to this video so bad! I'm so jealous that u guys went but so happy for u. I got to go my very first time this last December, but in Hollywood. My brother treated me as a Christmas present. He knows how much I like HP. I think right now WOULD be a good time to go because u don't get that big crowd. U have more opportunities to take pictures and, just like u realized, u see so much more than u would have if it was packed. One other thing, when I went on the Transformers ride the audio wasn't working. So my brother and his girlfriend, who had been there a few times, reenacted the ride for me. It was hilarious! But that's how my brother has always been. Growing up he was such a little actor and always played out scenes from TV or commercials. The people on the ride with us told us they liked his version better lol. Anyways, I'm glad u and Larry got to go and had a good time. Take care❤

And Florida has the most cases reported today. Really don't understand why Universal would be open in this case but do understand now why the US isn't managing this overall so well, Florida in particular. It's sad. Because everyone doesn't seem to quite get it yet. And really they should be self isolating now for 14 days before visiting her parents and grand dad. But everyone has to do what feels right for them I guess?

I wouldn’t recommend it... no one is following social distancing guidelines there or taking Covid seriously and it’s spreading rapidly. Looks like the next major epicenter. Be carful!

Nope. I wouldn't come. We're the new hot spot. A lot of northerners came here spreading it when Cuomo shut down New York. We were doing okay when the stay at home orders were in affect in March and April until we started opening up more mid may, and now the numbers are climbing exponentially everyday. If you go out wear a mask and distance yourself as much as you can, but if I were you.. I'd hold off personally.

My favorite part of this vlog is when you two were eating your lunch. Food! Larry isn't a health nut but Mindy is. My taste is probably a little closer to Larry's but I've been pushing it towards Mindy's recently.
