What I do is invest into stocks and other financial assets online but stocks is most effective for high profits monthly thanks to my fiduciary
Since loosing my job what has been helping me is trading different financial commodities online, Stock Options and ibonds have been the most lucrative with good ROI monthly although I am still testing other sources
I have a pro behind me for trades that's why I succeed at it, it's that plain maybe he could help you
Benjamin ravies (a gmai comm to mail him okay
The one thing with Stocks is if you haven't fully tried it you might never believe it is even more profitable, but then nobody has time to invite you to the vault when they can have all the gold instead

Great insight, God bless!!
Hi Samuel, I am 13 and loving your videos and learning about property for my future in property!
Thanks and keep up the great work
Completely agree with the hmo and the brrr deal. With 10k though, if I lived in an area where I could buy a 3 bed that I could turn into a 4 bed mini hmo for under 100k and I could get a personal mortgage I would. I’d then move into the house and rent out the three spare rooms for 1300 a month! I’m now getting capital appreciation as well as rent :-) plus nice tax benefits to lodgers ie 0 tax on first 6k pp. this was basically my first house when we rented out our spare rooms.
Is that interest only?
Fixed for 5 years back to square one ?
@@redpillretail You wont get an interest only 10% mortgage..... Yeah you could be back to square one but that wasn't the case for me..... I was able to buy my second house 5 years later as I had saved up 100k from the rent 70k ish plus our extra savings and the house we bought for 176 became worth 350k. We actually 5 years later had nearly 300k... I understand this is get rich slowly but it is still get rich .... Each to their own though and I respect that
@@InvestwithMarkParham sorry yes 25% BTL lots of over heads and yes it's a low and slow cook out.
@@redpillretail agree completely but let me fast forward 10 years, I now have 12 properties and by many metrics would be considered made. I believe others could do it quickly with a better plan. But my plan worked :-)
@@InvestwithMarkParham and what's the plan. ?
Thank you, please can you tell me more about this rent to serviced for £10k... is there a website you sign up or how does it work? Many thanks.
Some sound advice. Just saving up the initial 100k and having time to do these projects is the thing that gets most of us.
Great Videos Sir!
Hey there I have nothing to invest at the mo However your just Great 👍 My 22yrold son introduced me to your very good self’s podcasts etc and your so upbeat it’s like the Tiger used to say in the old Frosties advert your grrrrreat 👏👏👏👏👏 Your mum must be so proud of you ❤️ Have a great day 👏👏👏
Loved the video
Might be worth mentioning that to buy a HMO as a first time buyer you will be looking at paying ~ 8% interest, only a few lenders will even give first time buyers HMO mortgages as lenders see you as high risk as you’ve no experience owning property.
Just buy a house, rent out a room/rooms to lodgers and you will make a higher ROI, save tax, occur no management fees and still receive passive income. It’s really a no brainier. Invest in property/ stocks after you’ve bought you’re own house.
Also, set aside 6 months of emergency funds before you invest in ANYTHING.
Thank you for this info. What are your thoughts on the 10k rent to rent?
@@EmmalovesJesus It would take a lot of work, also Samuel is saying you can make £1000 a month passively from £10000 which is ridiculous. The greatest investors of all time can achieve 20% returns consistently and Samuel promotes >50% returns. The only way those returns could potentially be possible would be if you get into crazy high debt strategies
.
I have bought sold and renovated houses and £50,000 houses exist but they are usually shells fire damaged ones not mortgageable properties in places like Scunthorpe where there is no work for anyone to eve rent them never mind sell them on. Talks a good game but in reality these places are of no use to anyone starting up. Buy, renovate and remortage is only way to make money from the start unless you have millions in the bank.
Correct. It was hard now it's harder

How he can guarante 3 years rent to a landlord with just 10k? I just dont get it
Amazing thanks
you're talking about buying a 3/4bed house for £50k? Please tell me where in the UK houses like this exist LOL. Come on!
It might be in a middle of nowhere but then how do you want to make HMO where there is nothing lol
and BIG VICTORIAN HOUSE for 100k? What planet do you like on, I want to move there! lol
Make a video SHOWING properties like this exist in areas where people WANT to move. Cuz "if I had... I would" is easy to say.
Totally agree
Bro he says £100,000 with a mortgage not just a cash purchase
Husnain Shah he didn’t actually he implied £100k would buy something unmortageable ergo no mortgage
He said invest not buy mate, his telling you different strategies to generate a monthly income, and how to get into your second property. Not every strategy would suit your income, so you need to find what works for you mate.
Every heard of the north of England? That’s where you find this houses

Hi Samuel. So what do I invest in if I don’t have any money at all, how do I get into property ?
I will do the last option, £100k, developments
I really think buying old run down houses refurbishing them and selling them on is a great idea can’t wait to do it myself !
Have you factored in refurb costs, property tax, stamp duty etc? Not as easy as you think
@@t8506 nothing is easy in life mate, if there is a will there is a way.
Yes it definitely is good to have old run down houses and stuff and make money and great way to build and potentially make profit and satisfying project however everyone is onto renovation now and it’s hard to get hold of properties so it is about working your way up and obviously if some point you make lots of money you always stand a chance buying property with cash offers.
@@brad2576 The property market isn't that profitable anymore. It's over saturated
@@t8506 most deluded thing I’ve heard. You could say it’s becoming harder to do because of the current market and higher prices and harder to get because of more competition but to say it isn’t profitable anymore is closed minded and deluded. Gotta think of more innovative ways to make money with property because of the government implementing systems to make it harder to make profit and because everyone is onto renovation however someone will always need a property and if you know what you are doing and do things right there is ridiculous sums of money in this industry.
Where can you find rent to rent properties ?
That lampshade is wonky
@Samuel Leeds Would it be a good strategy if you have £150k to invest in 3 properties (2B 2B / 3B 2B), paying the down payment (£15k-£20k each) for long let? Keep up the great work!

What's the best way of putting 10k into a rent to rent business?
Hi Samuel!
Great video as always, thank you!
I just started my first ltd company to start with R2R(SA) and Flips. I was actually wondering, do you have any tips/suggestions for good locations for R2R investments?

I make huge profits on my investment since I started trading with Mrs Anna Lawrence, her trading strategies are top notch coupled with the little commission she charges on her trade.

Ive just received 10k inheritance. I live in south africa though as of Sept 5th. The exchange rate here on 10k is R250,000. What do I do. I can buy land for that. What do I do.
What about 20-25k buy a HMO for about 100k

Is rent to rent totally legit?
Why would a landlord be happy for someone to do rent to rent, when they themselves could be raking in the higher rental income?
Spend it on a course??
Why would a landlord rent out an property below market value?
Where can I buy a house for 100k out of a zone 4 area please
I have £14,000 I am currently planning on buying a 3 bed in Sheffield, I intend to live in 1 of the rooms and have lodgers in the other 2 rooms, do this for a couple of years and then use the property as either a BTL or convert the front room into a 4th bedroom provided the house is just out of the article 4 area, is this a good idea or completely terrible
@@marcelwallace6679 I'm looking in the S2 area, close to the station and the city centre, I have a very good idea what I want from there and I know with that I can afford it. My old landlord who lived in S2 did the exact same thing when he started and that was only a couple of years ago. There are cheaper areas such as Burngreave or Grimesthorpe however I don't personally want to live in those areas.
@@darrenbentley1702 This is pretty much THE best strategy to get into property. Tried, tested and proven by many a successful landlord before you.

I like your info sir but £250k in london wouldnt event get u a 1 bed flat. 500k for a house
thatws why you go elsewhere as rooms give or take are pretty much the same across the country 400 to 550 wherever you are so buy a cheaper place away from the capital
So by no chance should I be considering Buying a property with £15 k
Absolutely possible. You just need to look at the right markets. I personally recommend the north east. Towns like Hartlepool and Darlington are good ones! You can find waterfront flats and ex council properties in that price point.
Around 50-75k.

Where do I get the rent to rent business though? I've £10k and would like to put them in investment.
Kindly I suggest you to go to the nearest property agency.... you’ll be surprised how opened they are for that ...
How do you find an area where article 4 is likely to come??!
Yes we need to know this
250k?
Loving the vids👍👍👊
What's a rent to rent business?
When you rent a house of someone and offer them a guaranteed rent so that you can lower the amount you give them and then rent out that same house
For example, someone is renting a house for £800 but you offer to pay all the bills/repairs and give them a guaranteed rent for 5 years, so that you only pay them a rent of £550/600
@@shaunomoregbee1161 thank you for your reply this is helpfull :)

Hi, sammuel could you become financially free of 30k?
Yes! It’s quicker with 50k + but 30k is definitely a start, I would use rent to rent deals to start pumping in the cash flow, then get in good debt and buy a flip or a hmo with good ROI, hope this helps, I’ll send my PayPal link for when your rich so I can do the same.

This advice works if you can do it, otherwise this is terrible advice which will land most people in crippling debt. Joe Schmoe won't be able to "do up" a victorian house let alone what to buy and look for. Pie in the sky I'm afraid. This is my plan as a builder of 10 years now not looking to stop but it is not of the faint hearted or light pockets.
You made millions in property investment, but you can’t give my sister’s 10k back!! You scammers!
👍🏻👍🏻
Hold the phone wtf is a rent to rent buisness ? 🤷♂️😅
Something that was invented for people that can’t get BTL mortgages and do not have investment to purchase properties. Think in terms of a rental agent. The difference is that instead of a management and letting contract that costs nothing by the way. The contract is with a landlord who is struggling to rent or stuck with no way to refurb or is tired of the grind, you guarantee a set rental income, you refurbish redecorate and maybe increase number of bedrooms. Then you rent that property at a higher rent and pocket the profit.
High risk strategy with a number of pitfalls. Setting up property management and rental agency is way easier but any new business has risks.
Why do you always just make up false scenarios? 'If I had 100k id buy a 200k property for 100k, refurb it and sell it for 300k' lol...
