my partner works a 12hr shift today and still woke up with me and our teething baby last night . Ofc every relationship is different, but I strongly don’t believe that partners are exempt from helping bc they need sleep for work. We also need sleep to be w baby during those 12hr shifts lol
I'll have to apologize in advance to my newborn - she gets fed and changed in the mornings, but her mommy's not nearly as organized as this one is, and none of her clothes or blankets match since a lot of them are hand-me-downs or one of kind crocheted items from crafty friends 😂 my kid is going to grow up in a home with a little mess and imperfections, but hopefully with just as much love and care as I see this mommy giving her little one in the video!
The blankets and clothes don’t matter at all it’s the love and care and the way you made them feel that they will remember and I’m sure you are going to be amazing! You’ve got this x
Most babies seem like theyre having dry skin and they're flaking off. Then they get acne and cradle cap. To the extent possible it's best to just leave them alone and otherwise moisturize their body with some baby oil. To each their own and I'm sure babies have survived through much worse than face cream nevertheless
Just a reminder, most women struggle to pump one bottle over the entire day (despite all attempts to increase supply) much less one quick session. Speaking from experience - people making it sound normal/easy to have this oversupply honestly ruined my mental health until I realised my supply was the norm. But yes! If you can pump that much then I would agree and say very lucky!
@ mom of five struggled on last baby. I built up until I had enough oz. Depends on what baby eats. Mine was a preemie so she didn’t eat much. Im just glad she gets some rest while dad helps.
@ wishing you luck! It gets easier to deal with over time, I used to cry over it a lot then I realised being stressed made it worse, it was a horrible cycle! My supply used to almost completely dry up on my period, then come back after a day or two. My daughter stopped breast feeding when she was 9 months (decided to bite me until she’d get a bottle instead 🤔) and I honestly miss it but I will say life got a lot easier after 🤣

The essential ingredient of childcare: teamwork.
Yes 🤍🤍🤍
Pretty lucky mama when I had my baby I did night and morning shift since my fiance has to work 12hour shifts everyday 😢you definitely are blessed ❤
He could have helped with the night shifts since you were basically working a 24hour shift & it’s still hard work
@@sonzzza well I didn't want him very exhausted for work so it wasn't a choice right for us.
@@Elizabeth-ladybug22 I understand but that means you are exhausted for your work everyday.
Same mine has the 12 hour night shift so he's gone at 5pm comes back 6-7am. My newborn is easy tbh it's the toddler has me up more times a night

Much better to do what you're doing. Those items are special and not just throw away 🤗 plus people on RUclips always give the illusion of perfection ❤
That's the reality. I don't think they are like this for every time

Why is everything neutral colors
Sad beige mom aesthetic probably
Different prefferences
Stop yawning on purpose for the video
I feel like you may not have had a newborn 😂 no sleep lots of yawns
