As a kid born in 2003, this type of stuff is really nostalgic to me and other kids who grew up with some things like RUclips, SpongeBob, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, iPod, VeggieTales, Gorillaz, Disney, Jimmy Neutron, Pixar, etc. because I fit in with people who are known for being the cool and edgy persons or sane and normal kids.
How do you have only 68 subscribers? This video is ABSOLUTELY well-done, and being someone born in 2002, a video on this topic is right up my alley. Please make a part 2 of this!
@@LimeLoaf I don't think it has to do with furries lol. Probably just not enough traction. I got recommended this on RUclips. So there's some interest to the channel. Also most people who tend to watch these types of videos don't subscribe. Usually I'll subscribe if I watch a fair amount of their content.
honestly surprised that this has under 1000 views, this topic suits the explained on yt concept a lot better than some of the icebergs i've encountered and you did very good job with it! i'll be waiting for the next part, keeping the notifications on!
For anyone not in elementary-middle school (or even highschool) anymore, I’m in 8th grade and I’m here to confirm that we do in fact still watch Bill Nye occasionally.
Gosh I remember the 2012 rumors of the soon to be end of the world. I was eleven and chose to not play my pokemon White 2 (and in terms of thinking the world was going to end not beat it) so that I could spend time with my dad and little brother. I remember how burdened I felt trying to protect my dad and brother from the news of the apocalypse and just wanted them to be happy (but odds are they both knew because my dad was not dumb and likely heard and did not care and my bro likely saw it during computer time at school too)
I remember so much of these (not all but still) infact I know I have a Pillow Pet in storage, I used to have an Animal Jam account (as due to a data breach I cant access (well I can if I can find a way to connect the internet to my Mom's old computer)) and I love BFDI (actually I discovered after watching a similar series Inanimate Insanity though I'm more of a BFDI guy (I even have 4 of the 5 plushes they released for the series))
Man minecraft will forever be my fabourite game, i remember always making tree houses and thinking that zombies dropped knifes (feathers) it was so fun! I prefer how it looks now but i will alwayd remeber 2010/2011 pocket edition
Yeah, as a european I don't know half of the stuff… and most of the stuff I know are things I learned way later through the internet. It's still an interesting video, just not nostalgic for me
In Australia we didnt have the sonic ice creams but we had something called bubblegum bill and it was shaped like a weird looking cowboy with a bubblgum nose
6:18 Hey, that's my local CBS affiliate station! I'm from the Rio Grande Valley part of South Texas in a city called Donna. It's nice to see video footage of my local TV station. 🙂😀😊
I was never really interested in Pokémon when I was younger. I did like the show, but, it never really caught my attention. On the other hand though….goosebumps did. I LOVEEEDDD reading the books, and so did the kids at my school. I became obsessed with it and loved to watch episodes and read the books. I would trade and FIGHT just to get a goosebump book in the school library. Goosebumps was literally Pokémon to me hahaha. I eventually, somehow, got a goosebumps game for the Wii. I ABSOLUTELY loved it, played non stop, raged, celebrated. And, at the time there was a new goosebump book that would include a map. The goosebump game i had, had the exact same map as the goosebump books. My little little mind was BLOWN! I immediately began theorizing and telling goosebump nerds about it too and they were mind blown like me. Ah….i miss those dumb elementary times. Good video btw!! Awesome editing and funny parts lol
Man i remember playing gta vc and watching youtube videos, i ahev soem videos that i watched and repeated in my archives playlist but one video whne he runs away from the police in gta vc from the 3th city to the first save pick-up with 6 level wanted video that i didnt find. I'm going to be honest and say... I was born around late 95... So technically this iceberg can be considered somewhat based on millennial too as I did grew up along these things during the 2000s.. I was 4 around 2000.
I feel like the only reason I remember most of these things was because my uncle was born in 94 and saved a lot of things he used to have.. It feels like I relive the past when I boot up his old n64
5:01 lol. He corrected himself in post, yet STILL got it wrong. The first seasons of The Simpsons aired in the early '90s, not the late '90s. I wasn't alive in the '90s, but I'm pretty sure these were way different. The late '90s had like, the internet... and Britney Spears I think.
love how its named as "zoomer" however ive never used zoom, ever edit:people started calling it zoomer after that pandemic started in which alot of people were using zoom

That song is one of the songs that plays on the stage Earthbound from Super Smash Bros Melee! It's called Mother. Most of the songs featured in the entire iceberg are either from Super Smash Bros Melee, Mario Party, Donkey Kong Country, also Star Fox Adventures! Childhood games of mine hehe.
Dude you are way off gen z are those born starting around mid/late 90s or early 2000s till 2010s. Overall people born after 2000 not just people born in the beginning of the 2000s🤦🏻
