We have wanted to write for a while to let you know how much we appreciate your free classes on RUclips. We have been following your RUclips videos for our morning practices since around May this year. As two yoga teachers and a student, we have been vitalized, invigorated, stretched, opened & strengthened in our practice. We have looked for other classes on RUclips as backup alternatives - sometimes you can become too comfortable with one particular teacher - but we haven't found anyone else providing the same range and stretch that you are offering (with or without Ralphie substitutes - not possible surely!). So thank you very much for what you have given us to keep going this year. We hope that you will keep posting free videos to RUclips, but we would be happy to pay or contribute in some way if it meant we could still access new classes. Thank you very much and best wishes for your return to "normal" classes.

What a wonderful practice! Flowing yet subtle and intricate. Loved the leg raise variation @46-47 minutes. Looking outside your studio too, a reminder of the North/South hemisphere changes. Everything looks to be greening up in Oz whilst the last few remaining coppery leaves of our silver birch are falling.

So beneficial and loving the tweeks to good old fashioned poses and stretches, the abdominal work and high lunge variations were killers! Thank you for a most creative class! Another great class thank you My legs which I think are fairly strong were not happy about a warrior series after those lunges. Beautifully chilled and meditative now so all is good. I think you added in a sneaky pilates boat variation. 😉

One of my favourite teachers always had me in a sweaty mess (in fact my goal when I started yoga was not to be in a mess after her classes- although despite being much stronger I still was). Your classes remind me of them. Not about circus poses was her description.

Did this class yesterday.I did not struggle or anything but I woke up this morning with sore inner thighs which rarely happens. 😆
