The reason Havoc is underrated is because that's what he wants to be imo. Everyone knows the songs Havoc produced for other artists & they think that shit is fire but they just don't know that havoc was the one who produced them/made the beat. He doesn't go out there telling the world that he was the one behind that music. + Unlike Timberland, Dre or Premier, Havoc is some sort of a chameleon. The sound of the other 3 is instantly recognisable. Havoc on the other hand is so good at suiting the needs of artists he's working with that he can completely change the way his music sounds.

Havoc is that dark hip-hop/New York sound. A goat, shook ones part 1 is the darkest beat I’ve ever heard in all of rap/hip-hop.
