SPRING can I do an adult size sock using sock yarn super fine following this pattern, cast on 64 or 72 and do heel same way going to 3 on each side and wrapping and would I do toes the same thank you hugs and love💚💚💚
The heel you have to split half the overall stitches in to thirds. Hence the 3/4/3 = 10 for the heel on the baby sock. But yes the overall is the same ( cuff / leg/heel/foot/ toe all the same basic pattern.

Ps 72 divided by 2 is 36 heel stitches so 36 divided by 3 is 12 . Not that you can’t don’t math this is just an example. 12/12/12 = 36 heel stitches
