After watching this video again, I see that I missed a lot of the history of Mokpo. I was focused on the food 🤦🏾♀️. I definitely want to visit Mokpo. I love videos like this that give you the rich history of a city. People should know how rich of a history other cities in Korea have . As a Korean learner and someone who wants to visit Korea in the future. We are introduced to the well known cities in Korea by way of Kdramas or Kpop. But gems like Mokpo should be known as well.

My first trip to Korea was a 자전고로 여행. Seems my next trip might be a 식도락 여행. Really appreciate your recommendations on where to stay and where to eat. And more importantly what NOT to eat. I don't think I'm quite ready for fermented skate or food that is still moving :-)
