Watching videos for each suburbs is fine, but how about comparing them. Let’s say if money was no concern, commute to office is no concern, and I was looking to buy house in the suburbs (Fairview, Wylie, sachse, forney, McKinney, Allen etc), which one would you chose to stay. I guess now the deciding factor is both - current living standard as well as possibility of growth in future. Current living standard - school, crime rate etc. do they have good multiplexes where people can spend a weekend watching movies and eating out. How easy is it to find good dentists, chiropractors etc. These little things decide ease of life on day to day basis. Future growth - which of these areas is more likely to attract big shopping complexes in future? Based on all that, if you were to chose few of these suburbs, which ones would you chose? Let’s rule out Frisco, because that’s the obvious winner here.
