df+3,2,3 is a guaranteed BT launch on characters who don't have a BT reversal. So, I believe it works on everyone except Raven, Azucena, and Xioayu. Against them, you can use df+3,2,4 instead.
For a BT combos, df+3,2 into f+2,1,3 is pretty reliable. For off axis, d+4,1 into f+2,1,3 is reliable. You may have to swap f+2,1,3 with df+3,2~b~4 (qcb+4) depending on the angle. For either option, you may have to Heat Burst early to be able to get a Tornado.
I recommend using whatever you find most comfortable to play on. Every type of controller has its advantages and disadvantages. I play on a DualShock 5, so one benefit is that I can easily use crouch dash aggressively because the input to perform a crouch dash cancel (d,df,d) is easy. However, it is difficult to perform butterfly combos and perfect Hayashida step cancels. So, I can't play similarly to someone like Jodd for example. His combos and movements are "easy" on a leverless in comparison to other controllers. (The leverless is often called a "cheat box" by the way.) However, small Tekken is probably easier for me in terms of input effort. I find a regular hand-held controller to be much more comfortable and a more enjoyable experience. I have no interest in relearning how to play the game at this point lol.

What's your preferred back turned or off axis combo? Also, is df3,2,3 a guaranteed launch if i get their back?
