"I will never forget you" and "You will always be by my side" almost made me cry because I formed a strong bond with my lesson horse Champ, and my mom switched my lesson place so I cant see him anymore because something was wrong with the owner of my lesson place, I miss him so much and I think the owner of the farm might be selling Champ soon, my mom said if Champ does get sold she will buy him. But for now we are searching for me another horse.

This song really remind me of a school horse I used to ride, his name was Røder. He taught me SO much before I started riding him NO ONE would ride him, he was one of those trouble ponies but he totally changed after I started riding him. He was and will forever be my favorite pony!

My horse had a habit of bucking ,biting and bolting. everyone that tried to ride her ended up on the ground. Everyone used to tell me “she’s dangerous”,”sell her” but I didn’t . I worked with her, now she is quite ,calm and hardworking. I’ll never forget you giddy❤️♥️

This just makes my heart heart... Three of my grandparents died, my dog died, my other dog died a month ago, my bird died... I’m scared to lose anyone else.. I literally have no one to talk to in my family and I’m sitting here crying typing this because I have no one to talk to and I can’t talk to my mom because she’ll just find some way to fight me abt it....

Riding is such a big commitment. I started when I was young and grew to live the sport. It helped me get through so many tough times, I had people who truly treated me like family and cared about me, the horses were a therapy. At the end of the day I wouldn’t be alive without it. Ah shit now I’m crying.

My mum sold both of my horses and now I can’t ride until I’m 15 and I can have and afford my own horse 😭😭😭😭 I’m crying while writing this... I worked 12 years with my horses and she sold them both... I don’t even know why! She just did... my dream was jumping but she pressured me into dressage I hate myself right now... I don’t know what I did wrong and I couldn’t say bye to my horses too.. Story time because I feel the need to share 🤧
I started horse riding lessons June last year. At the start of 2020 I started riding a horse (I didn’t own him) and his name was ballad. He was an old thoroughbred, but everything he did was so amazing. His canter was so good. Unfortunately he did end up passing away from a heart attack..
On our last lesson together a parent and the owner of the equestrian centre had said that he liked it when I rode him, and that we had a connection. Then the next day he passed. 🥺💗

This song makes me so sad because it reminds me of my first lease pony, Mickie. She was the best pony I could ever ask for, and we were in such a great spot too, show season was about to start and we were all ready and prepared. And then she went up for sale, I asked my parents if we could buy her, but we were sending my sister off to college and our financial situation was messed up, so we couldn’t, my mom and dad were both attached to her as well so we were all so very sad. I still miss her to this day but I know I made the right decision because she has a great home now, with a little girl who loves her. ❤️

I love this song so much because of the lyrics, "I will never forget you, you will always be by my side", and also, "I will love you to the day I die". It makes my heart burst because of that strong relationship between horse and rider. But this song is about many things, it could be about family, which is why the song speaks to me. But you can't ever forget something that you love such as horse riding, and that horse your riding will always be by your side, and you will always be there for it. This song speaks to many people in there own ways, so that is why you can never forget something that you love. Also I love the timing of this song, good job Maria Tack

I used to ride the sweetest paint mare ever. Her name was Twoey and I still love her, even though I own my own horse now. She was my lesson horse back in California, but then my parents literally dragged me to Idaho. I will never forget her.
I am crying right now, my dog died two years ago, his name was Diego, he was 12, he had cancer and a bad leg..he got put down..I locked myself in the bathroom crying in a corner, I will never forget his gentle licks..his personality..he never barked..he was always so kind..I will never forget him. I’ll have him in my heart..I can’t wait to see him again..I miss you buddy..
My dog dale also died of cancer he died on his own tho we were going to get him to be put down put he died that day he was a sweet boy

I would give anything to get my pasture horse, Roo back. She was sweet, easy going, and a beautiful buskin. She passed away sadly due to EPM. We got her when I was around 5. She quickly befriended my palomino when we bought her. We did everything we could to save her. The treatments were not working and I was very upset. My parents chose not to tell me until the day before we put her down. We only got her because my mother feared they were starving her. She looked depressed and skinny. She wasn’t cheap but it was worth it. I miss, and love her. Her picture will always stay on the shelf.

This song will forever remind me of Ashanti. She is 14 year old chestnut Oldenburg mare. She tore her tendon twice before I met her and just fell in love. She may never get better and may just be a brood mare which absolutely kills me. I am not losing faith in her. I love you Ashanti! 😘
I know it’s late but this is amazing! I would die to have a cranky, old lesson horse by my side because I did my first canter and my first show on him but he in now in a better place.
Dressage may look so nice to us humans but in the horses eye it is cruel, the white things on the horse chest is sliver because their necks are strained and stuck pulled in the one uncomfortable place and I love horses

Reminded me of my old boy Porscha, My friesian. We bought him as a dressage horse, 3 weeks into having him and we found out he was amazing at jumping! Sadly Porscha died from Colic. But he used to dance to songs, He made me smile and laugh even when I fell off, He would stay with me. He taught me to keep fighting and never give up!

This reminds me of the first horse I ever sat on. Her name was Honey, I picked her. I was only about 4 years old and she dealt with all the mistakes I made and definitely taught me the most about this sport, I had to quit going there though. I had moved houses so it was a good few years until I got to start again❤️
