Getting a popup camper shortly from my father in law. You don't know it, but you are my new friend.
Very cool. I enjoyed the tour and explanations. We bought our pop up prior to COVID so it sat for over a year. Finally repacked the wheel bearings and went camping. Lots of fun after the first night of being cold. Learned about the fuses and after replacing the burned out one we had heat the next couple days. Still learning and a friend suggested your channel. Thank you for making your videos!
All the best,
Norm in Arizona
Currently binging your channel. I purchased a very well loved 1998 Dutchmen model 1203 for $300. Owning a pop up has been a goal of mine since I began driving at 16. Your personalities are fantastic, I appreciate your humor, and the information you share is beyond helpful. Thanks a bunch!
Great share! You covered nearly all the main points of PopUp maintenance in a clear, concise, and easy to follow process. I like the emphasis on tire pressure, lug torque, and wheel bearing lube. Very accessible for newbies to the PopUp world. Keep sharing the info and tips!
Liked your intro, with sound effects no less. Another great vid. Your explanation of the cut off switch was spot on. We also had seen your experiment of what could happen when lights are on with camper folded, it was very informative. Thank you for the suggestion of taping spare fuses on the inside cover of our converter. I have always carried a small container of spare fuses in the tool kit, however your suggestion is much more convenient. We will winterize, our unit this month, place it in its covered area, and place a soft cover on it, and slowly go nuts in anticipation of next spring. Here in Texas spring comes about mid March, still a long wait! Until next time Bless you and yours, and our pop-up Family.
Excellent video, thanks!
Thanks for the tour.
Thanks for all of your videos. I am trying to convince my husband that we should get one . We still tent camp , but are now in our 60's and I would like to level up so to speak :)
I just bought a used pop up on Thursday. This channel has been ap helpful in the last couple months of looking and then buying. Im sad that it looks like this might be a dead channel, but hopefully theyll start uploading again.
Thank you. Good video.
Thanks for the video
Great Intro, especially with the sound effects. All of your videos have been very helpful with getting my new to me popup setup.
Thanks!
great videos!!
I think the purpose of that disconnect switch is so you don't burn a hole in your canvas or maybe start a fire with the light bulbs when the roof is down so don't bypass it
Subscribed within 50 seconds. Absolutely awesome LOL
what material did you use for counter tops? or did you buy them like that with the marble look? if so can you post link
That intro was hilarious!
I loved the intro skit!
Hi! New pop up camper here! Extremely helpful video!! One suggestion. Get a clip in mic. Your audio is in and out a lot.
The jack is for the portable light/fan...that, in most cases, come with camper. If not they can be purchased
Hi I just bought a 2010 StarCraft 1019 I have been watching your videos nonstop for a week I’m finding a lot of information I’m 74 years old I’ve tent camped and now I went to a pop up, my question is this , camper had hardly no storage room in it at all and I see a lot of people adding different attachments to the top of the ceiling how can I know where I can put a screw at for instance to put maybe some hanging shelves or curtain rods, should I use spring loaded rods? Are the boards in the top so many inches apart. Sorry this is so long , I appreciate your answer, thank you so very much
Hey. Question. Popup has a rotten board on the inside at the bunk head attachment. How do I replace that?
You may have answered this somewhere !!!!! Where can me and the wife get a sweater?!
What are the little tabs called that hold up the curtain valance? Lol I need more of those!
Did u get an answer
Great video as always! I’ve leaned so much about my Popup through your channel. Wondering which brand/model Bluetooth receiver you chose? Looking to change out my CD player/radio for more modern technology. Thanks!
Thanks! The brand is Pyle.
Would you mind sharing the link for the one that you purchased?

I'm debating to buy a popup camper.... I'm single, but I have 2 grown daughters and a granddaughter and I want to do something on the weekends with them. And I can't afford a cabin or anything bigger. I loved camping when we had young kids and when I was a kid so I want to know as much as I can find about camping.
I just want to know if I can run my camper on propane only. I don't know why it's so hard to answer one simple question
Man i really like your videos there all so helpful and any questions I have I know I can find on your channel lol. I am subscribed to you but I don’t think I ever like the videos I watch I gotta start doing that lol. But anyways where are y’all from we are in southern Illinois. We are no stranger to camping but this is our first pop up it’s a 98 Coleman sun ridge its campable as is. But we are going to Clean it up renovate the inside and all that good stuff.
Shoilet or maybe "tower"?
Does that faucet fold down to clear the top when it comes down or is there that much clearance?
It disconnects
I know of one more option for the roof disconnect my palomino hard side you have to plug your roof in up by the side light over the sink if you forget to un plug it when you put it down it'll unplug itself because how it folds
Interesting! What year?

We recently bought our “new to us” pop up and there seems to be an aftermarket plug installed on the roof. I can’t find an adapter to fit this and I believe it runs the lights and A/C. May you please help? I have pictures
What make/model do you have?
@@ItsPoppin it’s a 2005 Flagstaff
On the roof of our pop up there is a male outlet on top and we don’t know where to find a female adapter or even know if it’s needed to make our internal lights work. May you please give some guidance? There are pictures if needed, thanks
What make/model do you have? Do you have a rooftop A/C?
I apologize for sending the same message again, but we have 2005 Flagstaff
And yes it is a rooftop a/c
I have a question anyone can feel free to answer this please, we just bought a pop up 4 months ago from a well known dealership, the problem we're having is the battery keeps dying what would be causing this battery to die , when were camping we're usually using electric through the plug, but when we unplug it the battery seems to be dead I've only had 4 months and this is the third battery.

Is there any way to ask you a very specific question? I can’t get anyone to answer how my ‘Super Lounge’ in a 2006 Starcraft 2412 converts into a bed. It’s a little bigger than your Starcraft and the table orients the other way.
Hello, I have a 2010 starcraft 3614. I also have the lounge. If you pull upwards & out on the bottom of lounge, you'll see it trying to lay flat. Mine takes a little muscle, but it's almost like pulling a pull out bed in a couch out. Hope this help you & happy camping😉
The stupid fabric that is stapled a 1000 times all around the ceiling, leaks now.
First and foremost essentially it’s self explanatory
