- I recently watched the movie Vivarium and wow was it bad. I mean really bad. Like it was honestly the worst movie that I've seen for so many reasons. I do not recommend that you watch this movie. Please do something else with your time. Don't forget to subscribe for more movie reviews and remember......YOUR FAVORITE MOVIE SUCKS!
This movie had absolutely no point and provided zero explanation. It was so vague that I wasn’t even motivated to create a theory about what it could have meant. Absolute waste of my life.
What explanation do you need?
The ending was obvious from the beginning.
This movie had no surprises.
This was one of the worst movies I’ve seen…
-Super predictable
-Director and writers and producers thought they were creating some deep masterpiece, a 5 year old could have come up with it. “Oh yeah we’ll just throw in string theory and alien language and excellent actors, and that’s what makes a good film” YES IF YoU ARE STONeD!!
-No accessible character development
-storyline just wasn’t reasonable. Like every day they realistically would have been busting ass to get outta there. Humans don’t give up that easily in a traumatic situation. Fight or flight kicks in, and you fucking die trying to get back home and survive if you have to. They didn’t go into other peoples houses, they didn’t take turns keeping watch at night for the box delivery, they didn’t try to write help notes in the box, didn’t try to get cell reception in other parts of the neighborhood. Or communicate with anyone who was in control. Obv they were screwed from the get go but they didn’t know that!
-if the humanoid kid grew up so fast, why was the woman attached to it? Clearly it was not human?!!
-I could write a dissertation on other reason on why this sucked balls. And I’m 40 years old.
-The movie Cats was a ten compared to this
I felt bad for the good actress in it, I literally only watched it because she did such a great job. Unfortunately that’s not enough to carry an entire film.

litterly just watched the movie and he fucking pin this shit so good. Acting was good but fuck the story was a empty husk.
Bruh literally finished this movie 10 minutes ago and typed in Vivarium was terrible cuz I wanted to make sure I wasn’t buggin.. this movie was so bad. I had to start skipping it. The dialogue was bad so much so that you could watch the movie with no sound. The woman’s decision making is wack and Jesse’s is futile. It wasn’t even visually striking enough to get a pass for being this bad.. it explains nothing. Worse movie I’ve seen in a while and thank you for this video lol
Also you could tell the filmmakers got tired of the movie when they started making the driving around in the car scene.. that was so lazy. Honestly feel like they were trying for a thriller but has no idea how to craft a compelling one
It explains alot maybe you're not paying attention... It shows what parents do . They find a home, raise a child and they die and the child grow up and it starts all over. It shows how life can be . It's really depressing if you think about it...

It was the worst movie I ever watched
I just finished watching it. It was as you said, hot garbage. The acting was fine, the story had points where it makes you feel like you're gonna get more, but it never comes...never. You want to know more, but they never tell you more. The payoff of the film, is that its over and you never have to suffer through that crap ever again. Watch another movie, any other movie, I have never seen a movie so empty in my life, it has literally no payoff whatsoever. If anyone reading this hasnt seen it, dont watch it.
If you want to watch a decent movie there is one called The Endless that is a great flick imo. Worth watching at least. Vivarium, isnt...ever.

That’s something I’d do lol, and I agree bro this movie was so awful, I feel bad for people saying they “loved it” like THIS is your standard for movies? like if I was talking To a girl and she said this movie was her favorite movie I’d genuinely think about breaking up with her it’s THAT BAD
