It’s so crazy to think that considering all the other breathing styles derive from sun breathing and here you can actually see some form of the other breathing styles and movements displayed here in a way, like when he charges towards muzan it looks like he’s performing rengokus 9th form/ thunder clap and flash. And his dodging ability is a form of water breathing considering water breathing is more for defense, even when he is slicing around his body it reminds me of water breathing 4th form striking tide. He’s literally using all the other forms within Sun breathing
Just need to point out that Yoriichi doesn't really have a defensive posture, so the typical water breathing as we know it is not really useful for him, as Kokushibo said when he encountered him the last time, his fighting stance was absolutely airtight and his swords skills were nothing less than godly, it was pure and unilateral offensive, and that's what makes the Sun breathing the most powerful of them all, see it as the sun actually lol ! If you're a demon and you get not even 1 second into the sun, you're dead, it's instantaneous, and it will catch you without failing, well It's kind of the idea for the Sun breathing, It doesn't have a defensive state because It DOESNT need a defensive state, as a demon, you don't attack the sun, you run away from it, and pray that its rays doesn't reach you.
