Roger I am here to learn with an open mind and from scratch without any preconceive notions. I enjoy your videos and they fit in perfectly with my style of learning. See you every week Roger. I look forward to this journey together with you with much excitement. I am a Blaze
thank you for providing so much value Mr. Hamilton4 those who may be limited on what they can spend at this time/your teachings are so in tune with what I knew deep down but had no idea the depth of it. you have a giving heart and caring spirit/ thanks to your wife and family for sharing your time with the world. it is appreciated
Wow, thank you for the wisdom that our future is more important than our past! I takes us away from too much remembering or even regretting and feeling sorry for things behind us. The second thing I especially liked in this video is that phrase "in my life I want to be the PILOT of my life and not just a PASSENGER"! A kind of funny short term, but with deep meaning within it.
Hi Roger, thank you for sharing this knowledge and wisdom. I am a Dynamo / Creator in the technology world. After leaving a comfortable job to start up a business, I spent the last year climbing from Survivor to Worker but after making a few mistakes (the biggest being failing to properly protect what I have created), plunged into infrared again. It's taken a few weeks to come to terms with that but watching your videos again has re-inspired me to take stock and come back stronger and a little wiser. It's interesting because every new entrepreneur will read about the importance of failure in ultimately gaining a measure of success but until we experience it for ourselves, I don't think we really understand quite how devastating it can be and how difficult it can be to recover from. I now visualise what I'm doing as recovering the embers from the fire that went out, protecting them and gently fanning them back into small flames which, with the help of your MMP and a lot of hard graft, will eventually become a roaring blaze! I'm also learning to enlist the help of others and have been astonished to find that not only do people want to help me, but they are often willing to do it for free. It's like they are making an investment of their own. What I could really do with though is a mentor. I was wondering, do you have any advice for how to go out and find / approach the right person?
Jon Masters Yes - watch this video and the four steps apply to finding the right mentors. So all the mentors I work with I engaged through these four steps... ruclips.net/video/uSuaEmS9OXs/видео.html
Roger James Hamilton Thanks Roger - I've watched it (and all the others!) and am acting on it. I did have one other question though if that's ok. When you talk about becoming the 'customer' of the leader in my field, do you mean that literally? In my case I was taking it to mean that I must develop the kind of relationship with them that means they have a vested interest in seeing me succeed. Presumably that could be as a customer but it could also be as a 'supplier'. Or have I misunderstood?
Wow, Roger. Great story about GoPro. I often find myself veering towards adopting other people's passions into my future vision, since I'm passionate about helping their ventures work better (I'm a Mechanic). Anyhow, I'm much more conscious of that these days so it's easier to catch myself doing it. Thank you for doing this video series!
I've read about this technique before, it's called the Best Possible Future Self exercise I think, and it really works! I like that you included a spiritual facet to it. Thank you for an amazing video, I really loved the story about GoPro and how you bring it all together at the end.
Hi Roger Great to see your gorgeous face every week and hear the fantastic mentoring you are so generous to provide. I am loving being back with you after a break since the Crystal Circle 2010. Looking forward to the work you will be doing with us. Cheers Karen Clark
I am a 64 year old worker level steel genius. i am not interested in being an entrepreneur but want to prepare myself to have a secure retirement. hoping i can get some ideas from your show.
Just done the passion test and discovered that my passions fall into mainly summer (40%) and autumn (40%) with 20% in Winter. My profile is creator and I have a strong why for my life but have no passion elements in wither water or wood?? This seems a paradox? So am i not being honey with myself or are my passions what I want to focus on because I don't have them e.g. travel, health, fun rather than what I already do which is create and teach> Your thoughts on how the Genius and Passion concepts work would be invaluable. I will take the passion test again in a few weeks.
Hello Roger James Hamilton - thank you for this inspiring video. I'm a Dynamo Genius who WAS at Orange Level working in a job I left six months ago, and now am back in Infra-ed/Red level. I'm well supported at home so $$ isn't an issue, but I'm not running my own business, yet. I'm reading the Millionaire Mind and I really love and am inspired by your descriptions of the light tower. It's been a powerful read for me. I've worked in many fields, with my college majors in fine arts, and adult learning. I've created a new personality type model based on our thinking with a colleague that honors Carl Jung's research - and six years ago I joined a new organization and built a training organization, and designed a training center from the ground up - an insight for me about creating large projects, and securing funding - $.5MM annual budget when I left! I'd never notice this without your work! These are powerful insights. I'm starting to build online courses for myself and I have a commitment from two others, but I realized in reading your book that I may need to re-evaluate this to find greater flow and find how I can cultivate my own plumbing! There's more to this than I want to post here - but know I'm grateful for your valuable insight! As I'm working through the Vision process - what I know I need to do before I do anything else, I'm drawing blanks because of serving others agendas for most of my career where their ideas and agendas have always given me purpose. Any ideas on how I can change my mindset about this? I guess I can't see the future where normally that's what I do best! It's been a challenge because the options are limitless...and my wavering self-esteem after leaving my role where I was highly successful.
Chris Montoya Step into your future self, and keep giving yourself different scenarios to compare - two at a time. Would you rather A or B? etc. Keep eliminating like this and you'll soon get to what you're really destined for. Hey Roger, I've been doing the playbook and checklists in GeniusU and find them very useful. Checklists are extremely important to mechanics like me. I feel inspired to create my own checklists for my processes. I have a question for you. I was wondering how your role as a creator changes as your career progresses. I know you were in the publishing business before and now the wealth dynamics. What have you done so far to keep creating and align with your path?
Hi all, I've been working on my pre flight check list and was wondering if anyone had suggestions on section 2? Do you have a good system that you use to measure and mange your finances?
Roger, you are defining and sculpting a whole new way of doing stuff that matters. The way you create these videos is breathtakingly brilliant (in this one you even manage to find a way of stopping most of the traffic)! Doing it this way gives your advice and guidance even more traction than normally. And the way you started this one with that glint of the setting sun and then ending up with the beach sunset and the Nick Woodman GOPRO story is absolutely inspired (and inspiring). Interestingly, when you read this great piece on Nick on Forbes (www.forbes.com/sites/ryanmac/2013/03/04/the-mad-billionaire-behind-gopro-the-worlds-hottest-camera-company/3/) you'll see how the article says: "Woodman now wants to make GoPro the go-to device for capturing 'life’s precious moments.” What you're doing here is doing stuff that helps us all to CREATE those precious (and inspiring) moments. Looking forward to sharing some of those at your Crystal Circle Conference this weekend in Bali. Magnificently created, Roger. Magnificent. And magical.
I understand the flight plan but I'm a little worried about making mine. What if it's not a good fight plan or if I don't really know where to go? What do I want to have in 2015? How do I over come my worries?
Best way to overcome the worry is just do it - and know you can always change it next week or next month if you think your vision is too big or too small. But until you put something down you're not giving yourself a chance to really live the life you want, as you don't know exactly what that looks like. The process of writing it down changes that. Have a look at this video for why this is so important: ruclips.net/video/Emu8SHMwyi4/видео.html
Exactly, I already on my way to make 2015, my Best year yet!!! I also wanted to take the Millionaire Master Plan on the link below, Roger, but it did not work? Can you please fix that for me? Talk to you, later, Roger.
Loving the videos Roger and great to do the Passion Test. I got to step 3 then got this error page thepassiontest.geniusu.com/stepthree some syntax error???
Hi Roger. Fantastic insights you are sharing. Is this channel available to anyone, or just members? If I want to invite someone who is not a member onto this channel can I just share?

Everything you see that I do is me being a creator - from Wealth Dynamics to this video. The only thing that has changed is the medium.
Hi all, I've been working on my pre flight check list and was wondering if anyone had suggestions on section 2? Do you have a good system that you use to measure and mange your finances?
