They've reused old dialogue for quite a few of the characters from what I can tell. Vegito for instance, has reused interactions with Nappa and Broly from raging blast.

I've always been a huge fan of Raditz, so seeing a video showcase everything that he has to say to the rest of the roster has made my day. I'm definitely going to keep these interactions in mind for future match-ups when I'm playing.
It wouldn't be so bad if they gave his ultimate the same animation Saturday Crash had in BT3. It was just a super but it looked very unique and epic, unlike the generic ball it is in SZ.
