    OK but the hardest part is to wake up early at 5am hahaha..not to mention prepping all meals…I could never! Gurl, what a motivation!! 🥺💕

      Rather than happening naturally, I see my routine as another set of skills I will/have to get better at each day! Your best routine could be a completely opposite to mine of course. Tysm! xx

    very good quality video. how long do you working out at the gym?

      @@marcinx89 I spent on average 75-90 minutes at the gym depending on how busy it is and how effective I am that morning. Although I might not have a lot of exercises in one session, I tend to spend longer as doing warm up sets and additional 1.30 minute rest time in between. Ty 🌟
