1. Nothing like 2 1/2 first last phase good bad, it depends on the planets over which Sa transits. 2. Dasha results depend on the whole chart but for Leo's it's a bit worse since Sa rules difficult houses.

you can chant any no. of malas, but make it a fixed number everyday. No ghee is needed.
