It sounds more like an actual psychopath, while the original sounds more like a sociopath. Psychopaths aren't usually super open about their psychopathy, and usually hide behind a sweet facade. They have no sense of right or wrong.
Sociopaths are a lot more aggressive and violent, more open with their emotions. They have a small sense of right or wrong, at least enough to sometimes question what they're doing.

I'm a diagnosed high function ASPD sociopath and that is not how it goes. We don't usually have that much violent tendencies as people think we do. Sure, my lack of empathy and understanding of somebody's emotions may not be clear and I may convey my own emotions in a different way, but I don't go out of my way to manipulate people into potential m*rder, I just can't process emotions on a level on a someone like you (I assume you're not an ASPD or Psychopath). But one thing is that I can recognize a psychopath quickly and distance myself immediately... Someone like me would be casual to be around, but a psychopath? Screw that. Even we stay away from those guys.

@@voidcreaturr I don't know what exactly you're asking but I'll elaborate. If you want to know if someone is a psychopath, then body language is the first thing to look at. They have this superficial charm around them, like they suck you in and you open up easily to them. One good but risky trick is to play at their ego, if they visibly crack and look at you menacingly that means you struck a nerve (most of the time, they show signs of narcissism.) If you're talking about signs of ASPD (sociopathy) then the main sign is lack of empathy towards something that's common to show empathy to. For example, a pet dying, everyone would mourn and feel sad, but I'd not be affected. Compulsive lying is up there with the lack of empathy.
