- How to install a Shimano Ultegra 11 speed Cassette, 32 teeth. I Use a Park Tool FR-5.2H to remove the cassette along with a Park Tool standard chain whip. Make sure you reinstall the appropriate spacers if any are loose and ensure the 11th or last cog (gear) is flat and even before installing the lock ring.
