I did enjoy the video. However, you did not explain how it is to be applied for each of its uses. Topically or digesting? How to use for the eyes? What is the recommended amount for diabetes? How do you tell everyone about its benefits without giving instruction on the amounts to take?
Just so everyone is aware, when she said that it's good for eye health, she meant that eating it was good for your eyes. Trust me on this. I carelessly rubbed my eyes, not realizing that I still had some sesame oil on my fingers from only a few minutes before, and IT BURNED LIKE A MOTHERF***ER!
you said for depression "it has the amino acid tyrosine" and then you continued the sentence saying "serotonin is important for mood... and so on" listen, tyrosine is an amino acid pre for dopamine!! and not for serotonin. for serotonin you'll need the amino acid tryptophan. OK?
Thank you for sharing this information 💕😇

Where do I find the oil?
Sesame oil can be found in food and health food stores
No wonder SOUTH KOREANS love to sprinkle sesame seed on every dishes.
I heard that sesame seeds can kill you. I want to try them in my recipes but......
