If you want to turn every game into low priority like League of legends banning people is a good way to achive that. When you take away its accont the griefer has nothing to lose anymore and goes extra hard into griefing.

You buy lifesteal against carry you can manfight. against weaver + morph, either you burst them and they die or they kite you to death - satanic not very helpful for either of those.
also morph buys skadi and hits him which makes lifesteal a worse buy, not sure if that’s why but just speculation from me

Cuz too many heroes that require to be burst down on enemy team( morph, weaver, even pudge with his shard requires Ursa to burst targets as fast as possible before pudge can save them, also pudge had ghost which means if Ursa doesn't kill him in abyssal stun pudge just gets away ). Most enemy heroes can easily disengage Ursa if he pops satanic as well so his best bet to dealing with them is to nuke them from 100 to 0 before they get a chance to use their bullshit.

Unless they know where wr after the losing combat that weaver would never gonna go in like that to risk being chain stunned, and he also premature invi (he need to make it in and out the pit while invi). And the solo deward without backup like that is 100% streamsniping.
