My heart just broke when I read your message. I have been in the same spot you are in right now and it’s really scary. Stay positive and try and do a lot of overnight hair treatments. I feel like that helped me a lot.
@@BillieJoeBeauty thanks lovely! I can't be too sorry for myself it's all my fault hahaha. I'm busy applying protein treatments so fingers crossed. It is what it is huh. Thanks for your video 🥰
@@lilithvalentine4292 yes it's so so so mich better. Much more than I expected. I just wash it only once every 10 days, use olaplex overnight the day before, argan oil and strong keratin treatments in the shower. Good luck!!
@@Smiirkwood im in the same situation as you were rn 😢 when did the stringy noodle part stop? I can’t make it dry and the hair falls off when I comb it
I ruined my hair about 20 years ago. The best way to explain the way my hair felt is the mushy, stringy things inside a of an unshackled corn on the cob. It didn’t even dry with a hair dryer. Just had to let it air dry. It was terrible. Wish I had RUclips back then to help me out.
There’s so many people that search for videos like this, so 👍. But just the process alone of putting color back into the hair helps TREMENDOUSLY in changing the overall condition.
Omg thank god im not the only one going through this 😭 I got black box dye stripped then the lady died it medium blond and did highlights but it was all horribly done not even the same color then she did a trim and pulled off 4 of the highlights now I look like alfalfa from little rascals but with 4 chuncks of hair sticking up I hated it cried for 2 days straight and decided to die it back black I love my black hair and I'm never doing anything to my poor hair now I'm spending alot of money on products to get it back to healthy.
Been there too, I love coconut oil. Just make sure you wash your oil out outside, if you’re a homeowner. The coconut oil solidifies in the pipes of your home.
Thank you so much for this video!! Bleach and relaxer have damaged my hair a month ago. It’s not completely mushy now as it’s used to be but my hair didn’t turn back to its very natural texture. I heard about Olapex but I didn’t think that it works, but your video made me want to try Olapex today!!
I can honestly say I had the same problem and I have blonde hair always. All you needed to do from the beginning was to do Olaplex treatments.Save a lot of money on all the other things. Coconut oil does not sink into your hair the molecules are too big use Argan oil it does get into your hair strands and is the best. Good luck with everything thank you for the video.
Honestly thats the only video that’s extremely informative between professional products and organic ones. My hair is gummy and feels like hay when dry I tried oil treatments alone, olaplex and not much happened my hair got dryer been doing this for a whole month now and my breakage didn’t stop honestly it got worse. Only to figure out I need a intensive protein treatment too once a month as my hair is very weak and fragile at this stage. I just received my Aphogee 2 step protein and I was skeptical at first but will try it tomorrow def! I keep rewatching your video it makes me calm as I went into depression my hair is waist length but what saved me a bit is that I have 4 inches of unprocessed new growth hair before bleaching and the rest is dead ans stretchy those highlight killed my hair.😢
What did you do to get rid of the mushy wet hair?? I can’t seem to make it dry and it’s falling out. I also have waist length hair but it’s falling out
@@AA-rs9dl honestly i went to a professional Brazilian salon, I’ve been using religiously Truss night spa twice a week (wash it with conditioner first then shampoo )and did the Truss infusion in the salon like 4 times now. My hair got like 70% better and their hair protection thermo brush keratin and truss Amino spray worked like magic! All in all my breakage reduced by 50% I’m very thankful I went to them they saved my hair
@@AA-rs9dl I didn’t use aphogee I was too scared. One thing to point out that once ur hair is damaged there is no way to go bk or even get it the way it used to be. My hairstylist recommended that i have a trim every 6 weeks until my whole hair grows bk which will take atleast 1 year and a half to see progress. And use heat at a minimum only blow drying not allowed to use curler or straightener. I only wash my hair twice a week. You can stimulate hair growth by oiling your scalp and thats about it
Oh my lord I did EXACTLY what you did when you fried your hair. Im literally freaking out right now. Im 44 and have a professional job. I look like a complete idiot right now. lol
Have you tried the Fanola Fiber Fix? I use the shampoo and step two when I wash my hair once or twice a week. And step one when bleaching. It feels more effective than olaplex and you get more product
1st let me just say that the pics of your blonde hair - the color really wasn’t bad & your skin is so beautiful btw. But I didn’t realize that I could OVERDO it w/the protein treatments like olaplex & it left my hair like straw & was breaking. I was alternating between olaplex treatments & sealing my hair with keratin. It was TOO MUCH protein but once I dropped the olaplex, it was fine. Omg the work that goes into repairing our bleaching is crazy lol!
@@9melissal yea I got told this by another person too. Olaplex USED TO BE marketed as a protein treatment and bond builder when it 1st came out. Matter of fact there are still old blogs that are still up that still say this. And some of the blogs I’m referencing were “Olaplex ambassadors”- which are people that are hand picked by the HR dept of the Olaplex company. So in my own defense, it’s not entirely my fault that I’ve been incorrect about this. However I certainly won’t continue with the disinformation.
Thnx for the informative video Billie 🤗.. I can relate to it.. Am looking for solutions to regain my healthy hair... Could you please make detailed video on how did you use olaplex no 3? Did you use it on damp hair or dry hair? Stay Blessed Stay Happy Always 😘🤗🥰🧚♀️🦄🌈🧿
Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I used it twice in one week because I was desperate. It didn’t harm my hair so I would think you would be fine but I’m not sure.
Thank you for this video. I'm exactly where you were only mine is orange yellow and had to cut it way too short and looks hideous. And now I'm stuck with this because Lord knows I cant put anything else on it. Disaster!
You have to use the moisture balance...part 2...that restores the normality of the hair. The part one ...that's literally pure protein...it will firm up the hair...I'd you don't use part 2...it will stay stiff.... crunchy...hard....and dry.
You do not shampoo your hair after aphogee! You shampoo first no conditioner and put step 1 in your hair. Blow dry it completely then rinse and put step 2 in your hair! It works great but if you shampoo after putting the protein treatment in your hair then you're stripping out the protein before it can even set@cuteandfluffypikachu3405
Sitting here with mushy hair and almost in tears. I'm slathered up in olaplex and praying 🙏 Ramen noodles describes this mess very well.

Olaplex isn't a protein treatment. It's a vind rebuilder. It doesn't have any protein in it.

Don't use hair dryers and irons at all on dry/damaged hair
Does anyone try the olaplex 3 and then wash and put aphogee ?
do u think the aphogee balancing moisturizer could be used twice a week after conditioning?
Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I used it twice in one week because I was desperate. It didn’t harm my hair so I would think you would be fine but I’m not sure.
FYI, you're not supposed to shampoo aphogee out of your hair! You rinse it out and condition it other wise the protein cannot adhere to your strands!
Thank you so much. Very helpful.
You’re welcome!!!

Put Aphogee Step 1 in a spray bottle - much less mess
