After watching this review i went to the store and fell in love with viking cologne. When it came out i rejected it but now its amazing high quality. Very citrus zesty
Great review as always, Tanja. As someone who lives in Norway. I can't say it in any way reminds me of Norwegian fjords. But i'm sure it's what Creed believes a fjord inspired scent smells like. How many Creeds have more than 3 hour longevity now? 4-5? Creed is fading away from its former glory. And it's sad. I Love your stories
Thanks for watching! I can stand by Royal Oud, Original Santal, Original Vetiver, Aventus Absolu, Viking, Himalaya that’s what I remember from the top of my head, and their feminine line is a whole other story- some of the women’s style are beasts.
@Fragaddiction I agree with all of those, except Original Santal. I sold my bottle as I only got 2-3 hours out of it myself. I would add Aventus Cologne. I get 6+ hours from my 2021 batch bottle. And it is to my nose, the best Aventus. ❤️😊👏
I love Viking, but for some reason I can’t stand the cologne version. To my nose it smells of a fragrance in the middle of development. It’s unfinished and lacking for me.
@@Fragaddictionmy initial review of Viking cologne was from a 5ml decant. I kept thinking that there was no way Creed would release a fragrance that I found to be for a lack of a better word, gross. So I picked up a full bottle and am blown away at how different it is. It is now one of my favorite Creeds! Just shows decant reviews are not always legit.
@@Fragaddiction Creed is not very popular among ladies; women prefer sweet fragrances. When I wear Herod in the winter, if there's such a thing as winter in LA, they compliment me all day long. Bois de Portugal--0, Aventus--meh, Aventus Cologne--a compliment once in a while. Millesime Imperial gets the most compliments among Creeds. Now, when I occasionally wear Chanel or Dior...they just love it!!!!
Life is unfair, more money doesn’t mean more ladies love. What I noticed, Creed brand makes everything to appeal the wearer, instead of the crowd, in most cases. You feel how expensive they are occasionally smelling the whiffs, but most people don’t really smell the difference. In fact the most compliments in my experience get the sweetest, the most nuclear powerhouses, that don’t even smell good up close, and some of them are middle eastern dupes, I have a dupe for Electric Cherry from Dua - and it’s turning heads, unlike the original, and it lasts for weeks on clothes, heavy amber in the base, but it doesn’t smell as intricate, Mancera and Montales also get attention, as long as the smell is not heavy on animalics or too harsh, people love it. Some Chanel and Diors can be massive room fillers, especially over-sprayed😀
@@Fragaddiction I do agree. For example--women love the original, lipsticky Dior Homme Parfum. Also, various Chanels for men too. And PDM Herod, of course.

That warms my heart! Great choice!
Great review! Would be great to see your review of 'Bois du Portugal' by Creed.
Noted!
There are a lot of fragrance houses coming out with Flankers this year. Thanks Tanya for the rundown on Viking Cologne.🙂👌
Thank you for watching!

Wearing this one today actually. I do love it.
👍Thanks for watching!

Been wearing Viking for a long time but never took the plunge with the flanker here. I've heard mixed things, one day I'll give this a go.
Thanks for watching! Definitely give it a try, if you have a chance 😀
Albiet costly you should review all the men's Creed fragrances. I'm especially curious on your thoughts on Silver Mountain Water and Old Santaal
Original Santal is on the way 😉, thanks for watching!
@@Fragaddiction Original Santal is fantastic.
Damn I’m falling asleep

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Have a great day!

I don't know why but somehow it is not very popular fragrance among Creed crowd; none of my buddies wears Viking. Just stating a fact.
You’re lucky to have Creed buddies. Most people are not into fragrance al all🤷🏻♀️
