Not a good idea to drop spark plugs in since that might affect the gap. If you don't have a spark plug socket with the rubber gasket, get yourself a small rubber hose that fits over the white ceramic part of the spark plug so you can place spark plug in under your control. A small telescoping magnet is good for taking out the old plug.
That model of spark plug is compatible with the standard Camry 4 cylinder engines (2azfe 2002-2010). The Camry Hybrid engine (2azfxe) uses the same spark plugs as the regular 4 cylinder Camry, so will work for that engine as well.

Disconnect the coil so you're not stretching, pulling and cracking the wires and use the coil to pull the old spark plugs out.

Just push on back of clip and pull off connection. They come out easier that way.
Are those spark plugs pre gapped

Correct me if I am wrong, I have a 2007 Camry. Doing research for plugs I came across these as OEM. Denso (5304) IK20 Iridium Power Spark Plug
