@Aashish Telgote first step is to send noterized document to uni assist and get VPD from them and then send this VPD to TUM. without VPD, TUM will not even start the application screening process. And we don't need to send hard copies to TUM unless got acceptance.

Hii the format is different for different Universities, just consider the guidelines that is mentioned for ranking certificate and then ask your university

hey furqaan anything less than 75% will make you out of admission. if you are lucky enough u might get admitted to the university but if your medium of instruction is deutsch than anything above 60% will approx secure your place. i hope this would help

Professional photo mean a photo which blazer and tie no specific requirements

No. DHL service by ms in germany charges 1561/- per application. I don't thik so there is other courier services who charges less than that.
