These are raw coins and doing so I sell them as cheap as possible. I will place them under different cameras or microscope to give you best view possible if you ask to help you determine for yourself.

I use one for my Silver Coins and the other for my Gold Coins (haven’t used this one yet) 😂😂 I liked getting fake Coins with my testers and the ended up leaving them in the Parking lot at the Grocery Store definitely made someone’s day 😀 until they found out they were fake 😡

Great Information. One of the biggest fears I have is Purchasing a counterfeit. The Ping test would help with this problem.

Glad your wife's surgery went well. Love the pocket pinger they are great for constitutional and an awesome gaw. You definitely have you to train your ear for that ping which makes having a fake coin and the app a must. The only problem is alot of this community collect coins the pocket pinger isn't suited for making the rare earth / neodymium magnet a great tool. Though nothing beats a sigma

I did not know about the fakes. Hard when they use a real one, so the ping test doesn't even help when they grind off the mint mark.
It really is the 1894 P that only makes sense to do.

First, I'm so sorry that your wife is going through that, but I'm so glad that the surgery went well. What is price difference between an O and a P? Does the ping tester ever damage the coin?
An O in VF is about $75 a P is about $1,000. There is a couple ways to use it. First the part that holds the coin has silicone tips so as not to damage the coin and you can use the stack stick to ping the coin if you are worried about damaging the coin. So no. Under normal conditions it should not damage the coin. I have a video of the different ways to use it

The only way the ping tester can be fooled is to grind the O off a real Morgan.
